Usually theres tons of things youll have to change/fix when you buy a home. But you seem to have purchased a brand new home out-the-box.

yeah, it was just finished in november so it's brand brand new.

the reason i had to swap the cord was because my old house was built before 1996 and had a three prong plug so when they installed it they did a 3 prong.

the code updated so any house built after 1996 has to have a 4 prong plug which has its own ground wire.

I replaced my 3 prong dryer cord with a 4 prong dryer cord and installed an adapter for my dryer vent because the vent tube I have is circle and the vent opening for my house is oval.

I am now a certified electrical engineer

The only issue with the sinks I've identified is that the overflow isn't connected to a drain so it goes onto the counter. But they're so high idk why we would fill the sink up that much

It's fine if there's precedence for this it's just hilarious to me that the Republicans were screaming for transparency during the hearings in the house and wanted them fully televised but don't want the same for the trial. It's almost like they don't want to be transparent?
