I am definitely worried about supply lines being disrupted, particularly because I require a specialized medicine to live but of course also food and such.

Whenever I see a movie of shipwrecks/marooning, or of societal collapse, I always wonder how would I survive without my hbp medication. Just missing one doesn't have an immediate effect that day, but I do definitely feel it the next day (as in headache and/or heavy chest). I guess I would die of a stroke or heart attack if my medication disappears.

People should have taken the years of peaceful protesting that's been done already more seriously then. The riots are justified at this point. Unless you can't delineate between rioters and looters, this should be pretty obvious.

Most people currently do most of their watching on a cellphone. But a cellphone can be easily turned sideways for Landscape. A computer monitor or TV is harder to turn, and then change the settings to display in Portrait.
So, be a pal and record in Landscape whenever possible.
