then it will be a toss-up if you get at least most of the money back.

my grandfather was shorted out of nearly his whole deposit due to cigarette smoke (they had to clean the entire apartment of smoke stains). doubtful it would've taken the whole deposit to clean it up but that was the result.

Tbf properly cleaning a place that has been smoked in is expensive as fuck. It requires new paint with killz primer which is expensive as fuck.

Not saying the landlords actually did what they should have but it literally requires repainting and replacing carpets to get it truly cleaned up.

Unless you trash the place for real (which would require them taking you to court over to get paid on) the most they can do is keep your damage deposit (which is capped at a half months rent).

Most landlords won't give you the damage deposit back no matter how clean and perfectly maintained the place is but thats still better than this shit.

A landlord here could do that I guess... but you'd have no more obligation to pay it than if a random stranger sent you a bill.

Yeah. Upgrading from a shitty 10 year old cheap mattress to a quality pillow top a few years back was one of the best things I ever did.

Even if I kept this mattress the rest of my life it would remain far more comfy than that old piece of crao ever was.

I'm the same. They're not really greasy but the one liquor/corner store here has fried chicken and its fucking great. Its weird how they even have food let alone how good it is.

Its literally liquor, pop, chips, a tiny movie rental stand and then amazing fried chicken.

40-50 is a typical price for a quarter here from the not dispensaries.

It was on the company as much as anything. Adam isn't a bad guy as far as I know but stranger built and branded themselves on being the hard-core brand with riders who didn't do contests and were always getting fucked up filming edits and sorta the outsider brand.

Adam lz was just the polar opposite of their image and their riders and got paid a lot more than anyone else was getting. Lot of riders left the team and he said some dumb shit about all the other stranger guys... he didn't actually do or say anything particularly awful or anything. It was just a weird situation mostly.

Also most of those dudes were the type who filmed parts where basically if you fuck up its a miracle when you can walk it off and try again and not be horribly injured or dead.

Adam was talented but he didn't pull that kinda really nuts shit most of that bunch did which probly bothered dudes getting paid less and doing for more risky shit.

I have a buddy who's been growing the legal maximum 4 plants since the summer before last but he buys these auto flowering seeds and actually gets two crops a year. Dude smokes a ton of weed and he still has like.... pounds and pounds of it.
