Weights are readily available again and there are a ton of other exercises you can do with shit around your house. If you have walls, floors and chairs you can put together some sort of workout routine

First workout after deload

Originally thought I hadnt made any strength gains. Then I just realized I was mentally tired and flubbed my plate math. So, I actually upped my working weight in pretty much anything.

On the downside the injury I was giving a rest did not get better. Tendinitis feeling type of stuff. Im gonna try and distribute my arm focus day throughout the week and see if that helps. If not I'm gonna have to remove direct arm workouts from my routine for a bit.

If it makes you feel any better, every aspect of my routine is centered around looks and getting compliments. I dont care much about being stronger. I just want to look better with my shirt off and impress people. It's super shallow but it's gotten me in a much healthier condition as a byproduct.

Are they all coming on the same day? He'll just use a dolly if so. Your UPS guy won't love it but he's making crazy overtime right now and most other packages this time of year are generally light. More goods like clothes and less...well, what you bought. Plus they often have a driver helper this time of year too.

It's generally not your regular UPS guy doing it. They're on pretty strict schedules. Even a few instances of heavy ass shipments a day would throw them off.

Whoever is delivering it is essentially a specialist. Youd be more frustrating if you ordered 60lbs at a time and it went through your normal guy.

Officially it's "business casual". I wear jeans and a t shirt most days or a hoodie in the winter. So do most folks.

The only issues we've had with dress code enforcement has been sandals (for safety reasons) and short shorts because i work with a lot of catty women that hate the three guys in the office having any kind of eye candy.

I've had a bunch and never higher than mid back. Honestly, I'd suspect something else if it's so high up. Also, as a heads up sometimes you'll get weeks of nothing in between pain attacks. It just depends where it's at and whether it's stuck for long or where. Sometimes that shit will just hurt for a bit. No blood. No nothing. Then weeks later you'll get the full show.

The nausea is common for pretty much anything painful. It's just how your body reacts sometimes.

I had a big wedding scheduled for this weekend and pushed it back until next year. Instead we did a private ceremony and will do a 1 year anniversary reception. Every place that we gave a deposit to gave us a ton of free shit not to completely cancel. Not only was it morally irresponsible, but they missed out on a ton if free stuff.

There are a lot of options in this game. If you don't like the weapons then there are alternate versions of them, casting builds, dash builds, etc. When I first started I was terrible with the bow so I just focused on making my dash into a powerhouse when I'd do bow runs. For that reason I love Poseidon best. He's my most impressive Uncle
