I name cats with names that start with the letter O. Usually a random noun. I had a cat with beautiful blue eyes named Ocean and have a light grey fella named Oatmeal currently. I feel they're fitting.

Idk why, but I feel certain animals just naturally should have names that start with certain letters. Horses should have C names. Bears J names.

I'm not sure what starting wage is atm. They have a new contract since I left. It was like $10 and then you got another raise after 30 days and a second after 90. So you'd make like $12 once you stuck things out. From history, I'd add about $2 to that if I had to guess. Then like $1 or so raise every year plus some random raises thrown in there. Benefits are fantastic. It's like 20-$50 for virtually anything so factor that in too.

If you get an interview just make sure you say you're looking to stay there more than a year and that you don't miss work often. They'll have a question about do you think you can handle the physical work and the obvious answer is yes but just relate some past job experience or something.

Youre from the same area as me. Youd probably only be getting a position at the main hub in Middleburg Hts. Seasonal positions are usually already full this time of year and they rarely do training for inside operations during peak season.

It's a tough job, but you get full benefits after a year. The raises are pretty decent too. Youre pretty much only getting part time hours though. Drivers are too competitive of a position in the area. If you want full time, then be prepared to put in 10 years before you even have a chance.

Shifts are sunrise (5am-10am) Twilight (4pm-9pm) Night (10pm-3am). I believe there's some sort of day shift now too. The actual start times vary day to day. Your shift is over when all the trucks are done. If youre in the front of the process you get less time than those at the end.

I worked there on Night shift through college and as a second job for a total of 12 years. I left making like $25/hr because my day job essentially bought me out. I recommend the unloading position. It's physically taxing but takes zero mental ability. Other positions are nearly as physical but you also need to think. Unload you put boxes on a conveyor belt and try to put the labels up. Sorting you make a whopping extra dollar to sometimes work harder and also remember what zip codes go where. Loading you try to build a wall out of random boxes that show up. It's slower but mentally frustrating

I weighed in yesterday at 138 lbs, which is not good as that indicates I have lost muscle for skipping the workouts and not eating enough calories in favor of going to work for optional overtime. Yesterday I had three whey protein shakes, two made up of cups of heavy whipping cream, seven street tacos, and one beer in an effort to get back onto weight maintenance/gaining.

Lucky! I outright can't go over 2 protein shakes a day. It makes me unreasonably gassy. That would uncomplicate my diet significantly if I could.

Anyway, deload week is going poorly. It snowed like a foot here and it was that heavy wet stuff. After shoveling yesterday im dealing with some pretty severe DOMS today. Thankfully, it's majority lower body which I readily admit I often neglect

I havent done one since like February. Ive still got that unreasonable fear that I'll instantly get out of shape if I don't keep up the intensity. Minor injuries are starting to pop up so I should listen to my body and I've got a lot going on outside of fitness this week so it's a good time to schedule one.

The best description that someone gave to me is that it's like Workaholics but with girls. I liked it well enough. Hannibal is pretty great on the show. He's used sparingly but everything he says is pretty great. The early seasons are definitely better so if you find yourself unsure if you like it a few episodes in, then it's probably not for you.
