Specter Knight might be close to mid, but I will say Low Fodder for him since he's not as popular as Plague.

Mid Fodder for Omanyte. Praise Helix and Twitch Plays Pokemon in general doesn't really get brought up anymore, so Omanyte is mostly just left being a Gen 1 Pokemon notable for being a fossil and not much else.

Low Fodder for Amarant. He's in a strong enough game to not be in consideration for law, but Amarant has got to be one of the least popular FF party members out there.

Mid Fodder for Ruto and Bulma. Ruto is an important character in OoT and will probably get some waifu points, but if I recall child Ruto is not well-liked so I think she'll end up at mid despite her relevance in such a strong game. Bulma was a main character in the original Dragon Ball series and an important supporting character in DBZ, and should get some waifu votes no matter what pic they use for her. I don't see her being higher than mid since she isn't an actual fighter and thus gets pushed aside in some DBZ seasons.

Low Fodder for FuSoYa. He doesn't majorly stand out in terms of design and joins the party in FF4 very late.

Mid Fodder for Cyan - he seems to be a minor fan-favorite among FF6 fans and won't suffer much if he gets stuck with Amano art.

Low Fodder for King Knight and Gogo. I'm not too sure about King but he doesn't seem that likable of a guy and not Gfaqs type of character at all. Gogo is pretty much a meme of a character in FF6. His design is recognizable but he has no story to speak of and very few lines in the game.

I will say Mid Fodder for Plague Knight. He seems to be the favorite out of all the non-Shovel Knight playables in his series and stands out due to his design.

I will put Wartortle at Fodder Line; I don't expect any Gen 1 starter evolutions to fall under that, and Wartortle does seem to be better-liked than Charmeleon on a base level. It is also the only stage 2 form that stands out in terms of design.

Low Fodder for Hsien-Ko. She's an interesting character from an unfortunately dead franchise, and isn't really a Gfaqs type of character so I don't expect she'll get many waifu votes. She also hasn't appeared in anything for many years.

I think I said Mid Fodder for Ifrit last time around and I will say that again now. While not a hugely popular summon, he has a striking design and a lot of series appearances to his name. Plus he gets some "cool" attacks due to being the primary fire attribute summon.

I will say Low Fodder for Cthulhu. He hasn't had a huge impact on video games despite having a series named after him - Cthulhu has more of a history with tabletop games. He has been parodied and copied enough times that I think a lot of people may see him as a "stock" character in a similar manner to someone like Robin Hood.

I'm not entirely sure on Leviathan, but I will give it High Fodder. It is a cool sea dragon and one of the best-known summons in the FF series along with Bahamut. It's also one of Rydia's signature summons.

Low Fodder for Katara. If Aang and Zuko are low fodder, I don't see how Katara avoids it even if she has the waifu factor.

I don't think fans of FFVI really care for Relm so I will say Low Fodder for her.

I will also say Low Fodder for Qui-Gon. Aside from Episode 1, Qui-Gon only has a few guest appearances in Clone Wars and some cameos - so it would be a bit of a stretch to put him at anything higher. Plus casual fans may have a hard time even remembering him.

High Fodder for Starmie. I don't think it's as popular as a starter or a mainstay like Gengar, but Starmie is known for its strength in battle and being Misty's signature Pokemon. And it stands out design-wise.

Agree with Mid Fodder for Maria and Low Fodder for Mercy. Maria missed being playable in the Playstation version of SotN but is playable in the PSP version and also Rondo of Blood. Plus she has a lot of other series appearances and is very involved in Alucard and Richter's plotlines. For Mercy she doesn't really stand out enough from the Overwatch cast to do well. She'd definitely be less popular than D.Va.

I will say Low Fodder for Harry. Disco Elysium didn't completely embarrass itself in GotD2 and has some fans on the boards that really love the game, enough so that I expect they would try to rally Harry.

Ruby may very well get hentai rallies, but I don't think there's much of an RWBY fanbase on Gfaqs for that to jump off from. I see her being a respectable low fodder at best.

Finn was a perfectly fine character in The Force Awakens, but then ended up in a relationship with the massively hated Rose in the 2nd movie. Rise of Skywalker overreacted to that backlash and diminished his role significantly - I can't see him getting a lot of voter support after that.

Carlos I can't see being worth a lot as a one-game wonder character in RE3, and the lukewarm response RE3R got on the site won't help matters.

I have to say Low Fodder for Wile E. While his bit with the Roadrunner is very well-known, it is usually Roadrunner who receives top billing in the cartoons and not Wile E. This is also true for most of the video games that exclusively feature the pair (all of them were in the Nes/Snes/Genesis era). Wile E. does get the majority of the character focus and is a lovable loser like Elmer, but he may have a hard time standing out to voters considering he is a mute character in most of his appearances

High Fodder for Moltres. While probably less popular than Articuno and Zapdos, I don't think it's enough of a difference to put him a tier under those 2.

Mid Fodder for Riki. While I'm not sure if he's a fan favorite character, he absolutely stands out from a design and character standpoint, and has a very meme-able speech pattern. Plus he's a Heropon.
