For anyone who enjoyed the first game, it's great and you'll certainly have fun with it, but it's absolutely not worth full price. I'd say wait for a steep sale. Like, $20. Maybe less. And I say this as someone who doesn't care for Xbox and has devoted most of their gaming time over the past several years to PlayStation consoles. Got the platinum in the first game as well as in Miles Morales.
