I bought it for 4 bucks awhile back just to blow through the campaign, and it was surprisingly decent. The space battles are particularly cool. So even if you're not into MP you might want to check it out

I did the same. Its really lacking in single player content outside of that (compared to the huge amount of content available on classic battlefront II) but its still worth a play even without the multiplayer. Especially when on a big sale or free.

I mean, a more proportionate distribution of electoral college votes would be a good thing, this is clearly just trying to cheat and would obviously be a bad idea if doing it lead 6 of those 10 votes to go to Biden.

there's probably a "reasonable discretion" clause or something in the contract that allows Amazon to cut ties in a situation like this.

Pence is sane. He could do a lot of harm if given enough time, but not in a few days.

Pence will probably do all the toxic stuff we were all actually expecting Trump to do, like Pardon basically the whole administration for showing loyalty to the boss, but Pence doesn't have the charisma to do something like instigate another attempt to overthrow the government.

I wouldn't say Pence can't do a lot of harm in a few days, so much as he's only likely to do the harm we're expecting to happen in the next week and a bit.

American Gods is really out there, I can't say everyone will enjoy it, but if its your thing its fantastic.

tbf, there was a proper investigation done into exactly what happened and resulted in findings that Trump technically couldn't be incriminated while president, but the whole Mueller report was basically a step-by-step guide to impeachment and removal, and since he wasn't carried out of the White House chains, Trump was able to spin it into a total win.

Trump can't get any of this done, because none of his claims have any merit.

R-Truth, Lashley and MVP could've had their shots.

I think R-Truth was kind of screwed over by his big main event push coming like 3 weeks before CM Punk really made news and became bigger than the business for a bit. He kind of had to get pushed into the background after that. He was definitely held back in 2010 though, if he wasn't drafted to Raw to take away all of SD's stars, he probably could've won the title.

Lashley definitely would've been world champ if he didn't leave WWE in 2007.

I don't know why MVP never got his shot, outside of something like his criminal past, but he was probably SD's top heel in 2007, but he never got a chance at the top of the card, especially after the fans literally turned him face in 2008-2009.

The Supreme Court ruled something very similar to this like, 6 months ago. That if you discriminate towards for example a gay couple that you wouldn't towards a heterosexual couple, you're effectively discriminating based on at least one of that couple's sex.

So the question here, is does freedom of religion allow you to discriminate against a protected group? I think the obvious answer to that should be "no", because then you can use religion as an excuse to discriminate whenever you please.

I encourage you to look up the definition of "metaphor" and "analogy". Sometimes people relate to situations by using other, comparable situations. This is what is happening here. You see, conservatives have long defended businesses for being discriminatory.

I mean, there different enough things since banning Trump is perfectly acceptable legally while the gay wedding cake fiasco wasn't, but given the "audience" this tweet was directed at I can look past it.

I would agree that its a bad metaphor, although it is a great snarky tweet.

Yup, even a LOT of games that gamers supposedly hold up as having "good writing", like Uncharted or MGS.

Uncharted isn't going to win an Oscar, or bring up any deep arguments or anything, but that really isn't why you should be playing Uncharted. You play Uncharted because you want to be Indiana Jones and be a treasure hunter and do awesome action set pieces that feels like you're the main character in an adventure movie.

Its not the artsy indie film to make you think its a big summer blockbuster brought to you by Subway and it does a great job at that.

Although the bigger issue with most game writing is that it almost always takes a back seat to the gameplay, which can make effectively writing a good story much more difficult. constantly making sacrifices to make playing through the game actually somewhat enjoyable can make it really hard to really enjoy a game the same way as say, a movie.

I think someone has been telling him to push this whole "voter fraud, stolen election" thing. Someone he trusts has been Grima Wormtongueing him. Someone who wants to watch the world burn and has seized Trump's ego and ignorance for puppet strings that he can yank in any direction he chooses.

I think its just Trump knows he's screwed if he leaves office, so he's just going "in for a penny, in for a pound" about it. He's smart enough to know he's done once he stops being president, that he hasn't really been held accountable for anything yet, and he has a significant amount of his base, as well as prominent media personalities clinging to everything he says as fact.

You're being way too generous giving Trump an out here for something that's exactly what Trump would do in this situation. Heck, he said during his debates with Biden if he lost the election it was rigged. Heck, he said during the debates with Hilary Clinton that if he lost the election was rigged.

Its always fun when you realize that the people complaining about all the "fragile sjw snowflakes" are even more fragile snowflakes.

I'm not totally sure this is true, one of the big ideas I heard about Biden winning was basically "now we can go back to not paying attention" which just isn't true, but is probably what's going to happen.

The biggest mistake was Hilary trying to run as basically an "Establishment" politician when everyone at least kind of knew there were problems with the status quo (I mean, the sides of what needs to change are wildly different, but everyone kind of knows the current system needs improvement) when Trump was pushing for actual change, I don't really doubt people for believing him.

In 2016 at least, I have no sympathy for people who voted for him in 2020.

The widespread culture in Star Wars seems pretty toxic. Luke got to be a nice guy by effectively never interacting with the outside world, and he still wanted to join the army and shoot stormtroopers. He could've gone to law school and sent the Emperor a proper legal outline establishing the criminality of his actions so the police could have him be arrested, but no, he wanted to kill Darth Vader.

This is (according to IMDB) his directorial debut, so that's a big deal.

Its a fine movie. I like when well known characters have a different take, but the problem is you can't just take a well known character and tell a story that makes no sense. Superman doesn't need to be the Superman everyone knows and loves, especially in an origin story, but should be at least by the end of the movie. And judging how later DCEU movies went, I don't think Snyder really understood what kind of character Superman is (Or most other DC characters tbh).

I don't think it needs a lot of changes to make a really good movie. I'd say its like a 6-7/10. Its a solid movie that is pretty well done but has so many things holding the movie down it can't really be "great".
