That money has started coming back to me in August/September Additionally I just started a new job on Monday and am not increasing my spending so I should start saving an extra $1,200 from that alone. --- |

Pie in the sky for them is usually 6 foot or taller but at the end of the day I think most would accept a guy that is simply taller than them. Given the average guy in the US is 5 foot 9 and the average woman is 5 foot 2, it really shouldnt be a factor for most men. So if youre like 57 or taller complaining about your height not getting you dates, its probably not your height. --- |

There was a specific position within my company that I learned about back in late February, I applied for it but then COVID hit and that screwed everything up. I was in limbo about the position until late July, when they finally let me know that they were only going to consider candidates that were in the city where my company is headquartered. I don't live in that city. So I updated my resume and on Aug 3rd I started applying for positions. By August 31st I had a job offer. I ended up getting multiple and accepted the one that I thought was the best fit. Pretty simple strategy

I just applied, aced the interview, and got the job. Including the job offer that I just accepted a week and a half ago. And I make 6 figures. Same goes for my brother. Edit: And over the years, I've worked at 5 places since getting out of college. Every time I was searching for a job, I usually ended up with 2-3 offers, including this last go round. --- |
