Unless you think companies routinely filter resumes based on minority criteria (some of which are impossible to know beforehand), how would said person even get to the table in the first place? If someone wants to hire me cause Im black, good for them. Ilol sleep at night just fine because I know my skills, I know my worth, I know my work ethic and have been outperforming my counterparts (regardless or race) since I was a child. If being black outs the cherry on top, Ill be smiling in my sleep. --- |

I just recently replayed both 7 and 8 for the first time in probably 7-10 years, and plan to replay 9 as well. Both were cool but I definitely enjoyed 8 a lot more. So yeah this fake. That being said, I'm going to comment on it as if it's real because it's still a situation that happens all the time. I absolutely would not fault a guy for leaving such a situation after being lied to for 3 years. The other thing I don't like about it is, what is the cutoff limit on when a guy is able to leave and not be considered an ass? A week? A month? Six months? A year? I don't think anyone should be forced to take care of a child that's not theirs if they don't have full knowledge of that fact when taking on the responsibility. Especially if they were tricked into signing the birth certificate under false pretenses. [LFAQs-redacted-quote] Just my personal opinion, I don't think the courts care all that much about the best interest of the child, they are more worried about what's in the best interest of the government. As long as the government isn't paying, they don't really much care who is legally responsible for the kid, regardless of how much sense it does or doesn't make. --- |
