I thought the ending was a cheap shot to pull at heartstrings. If there had been any sense of time passing between the deaths in the car and the arrival of the military, I don't think I would have hated it (or at least hated it as much). It just felt too manipulative to have safety appear right after making the choices he did.

Only time I save scummed was when I lost my unofficial squad leader heavy during the base defense mission. He had just gotten off of injury, so only had the starting gear equipped. Thanks to random options, he had an insanely high movement ability and was so damn good.

Prince of Persia 2008 had the story epilogue in DLC.

I think it was Asura's Wrath where the true final boss was locked behind a microtransaction.

His final fight video was just lazy. Instead of playing much of Streetwise he brought in another You Tuber who ready beat the game on his channel.

Don't know if I could really blame him. I've tried playing my copy of Kouldelka several times, but I've only gotten past the first boss once, but then the game froze after I won. All the other times, it froze before the fight started. It becomes a headache trying over and over again. So I can't blame james for playing for an hour or two, only to have the game crash and finding out none of your saves work.

Bit of warning. First time you take a shower, take care when drying off. After I did mine, I ran a towel down the front of my chest without thinking.

And you say it doesn't hurt now. Just wait until you start rotating/moving them so you can clean off the crusted white blood cells. That takes a bit of practice at the beginning to minimize the discomfort.

they changed the battle mechanics so that double blow and other lowered attack skills are much weaker which is a shame

You don't use those attacks for damage. You use them in a combo to raise your chances of stacking status effects like defense or attack down.

It is my favorite of the series. The battle system is a blast, being able to chain chain attack and power up spells. The mentor system is much improved over BoF3. I find it more engaging learning new techniques by doing certain tasks instead of just gaining X amount of levels. Fishing is stupid broken. Just use a spoon as bait and hit the tech 4 pattern. I will always the love the music, especially the theme in Cray's hometown.

Oh hey you used your only save slot up. Shame you did not build your party right or your mc. Please ditch 25 hours of play and try again.

Haven't touched the game in close to 20 years because of it. Kept multiple save slots, but had used them for the fights leading up to him, so there was no way I could back out.

With all the time I had spent getting multiple team members to master calculator skills, I was too disheartened to start from scratch.

It's mostly artsy garbage nobody cares about. They dont even have the jerky boys movie. What a shit service.

That is why I'm glad I was pointed to Tubi a few weeks ago. Finally get a change to check out those movies that I always saw the boxes of in video stores but didn't rent. They got a lot of giant snake/piranha/shark/whatever movies, those glorious sword and sorcery t&a flicks from the 80s, and a large selection of low budget slasher flicks. I mean, they do have some "real" movies and tv shows too, but I am impressed by the size and selection of cheap little movies that are so much fun to watch.

The latter. I knew you could pin them to walls if they were close enough. I don't know why it took me so long to try it the other way. So I would pop them in the air, hit them a time or two, then spam the R1 button to stick them to the street.

Swinging is a lot of fun, but kind of inaccurate. Which makes some trials for upgrade tokens really suck.

And i was a total dumbass in combat too. Wasn't until I was in the endgame that I made life easier for myself. Used to beat down enemies until their health was gone. Finally clicked that if I knocked them on the ground, I could just web them to the street and they were done for that encounter.
