| Giant_Aspirin 07/23/20 10:03:24 AM #30 | the amount of sugar we have in general is disgustingly excessive, but especially so in breakfast foods. for a long time i bought the regular Quaker instant oatmeal flavor variety, then i noticed that each packet has like 12g of sugar. i also used to drink OJ every morning, then i realized that's basically just liquid sugar (delicious liquid sugar). i moved to low sugar oatmeal (4g vs 12g) and cut the OJ and i feel so much better in the morning. i no longer have that sugar drag / crash. feels good man. --- Playing: Disco Elysium; Rocket League You see it your way, I'll see it mine and I'll be fine |
