The 3D elements work perfectly and the RTX is really cool... but the UI elements are really janky

In the article it says that the officer was required to pepperspray the kid becaues that's the rules when someone refuses to obey.

In a case like this it's not the officers that should be punished, but the rule-makers.

I don't think I can blame the individual cops in this case... yes, it's douchy - but they did follow their prescribed doctrine to the letter.

Yes, the "police" are to blame... this is unacceptable, but I don't think I can hold it against the specific officers.

edit: not sure if it should be their supervisor, Lt, captain, commissioner or state that should be punished... but it would be one of them

Ok, I can tell the game is running at a seamless framerate when I move around and such, but it feels like the menus and UI are only like 30 fps or something, they're rather janky compared to how smooth the RTX regular stuff is.

That's why I'm kinda mad ish about it, even though I have nothing invested in this.

If it was just a bunch of internet people crashing a stock for no reason that'd be dumb, but the correct and profitable course when someone is short selling IS to buy up... anyone who has used an MMO auction house can attest to this, if someone undercuts by even a tiny bit they'll get gobbled up and reposted.

I don't know if anyone remembers, but I was complaining about a stiff neck and slightly numb jaw/shoulder on my left side... very slight, not really a stroke or anything, I just thought maybe I slept funny.

But ever since I had that massive nosebleed all them symptoms went away and I've been feeling great!

I usually remember them for a short while and then forget... if I kept a dream diary I'd probably be good at that.

Most recently a part of my dream had a small bird (probably a robin but more likely a finch) had their wing stuck in a mousetrap and I didn't know if I should help or not since I was thinking there'd be no reason to help since it's as good as dead... but then some other birds freed it and it flew off and I felt super guilty.

In terms of all out war many nations are pretty equal in the sense that the entire planet gets nuked... ... which in a weird way might make Canada and Russia the better survivors since we have large landmasses with no people in them that might not get nuked...

...Unless there's a Pity Nuke Contingency or something.... are nations really that petty?

In terms of conventional warfare the United States is the strongest by a long shot, with 2nd place weirdly being a tie between Italy and China.

I have no idea why Italy has such a strong conventional military tho.... :V That's really weird.
