Just the individual songs, to me the highlights are really good, and everything else is pretty bad.

I honestly really like Th1rt3en, but I'm going to be honest, I just prefer their singles to their albums most of the time.

I ain't going out at all, maybe to pick up some groceries, but that's it.

Yeah, I figured you weren't getting a weird ratio thing, it's pointed reasonably at the wall and unless someone bumps it, it'll stay reasonably pointed at the wall. I mean for making is so big it's unreasonable, and so small it's unreasonable. Nobody's looking for a 3-inch screen to watch The Expanse. So you're more or less looking to make it TV-sized, because that's what humans want.
I guess you don't have a big honking TV and TV stand, you just have pure wall, so that's good, but you're moving the stand to the other side of the room.

Why would you want an unreasonably sized TV in either direction?

I don't know, a projector for home use feels weird, it seems like you basically need to have a designated room for it to work properly. You need the right time of day, the right kind of room, a blank wall, all for a Totally Fine experience at best.

Apparently the new hotness on projectors is laser projectors, which, I'm all about. God I'd love to work on that.

So I'll start us off.

My SO has been getting some thick pumpkin soups from a soup store, and been looking to make/recreate something similar. Does anyone know of any good recipes for that?

I love cooking, I like learning how things work, how to work around downfalls of different things, how different cultures handle different things, and everything else around it.

I sit down, learn about something, and create something nice for my SO and I to eat.

There's not going to be a thanksgiving this year with my family, just me and my SO, so it'll just be the highlights for us.

-Stuffing (the box of Stove Top, but I'm adding sausage carrots, and celery)
-Deviled eggs
-Possibly pumpkin pie
-Some ham slowcooked

Projectors always felt weird to me for using as a screen, they're weirdly expensive, and feel too sensitive to the overall area.

I have no idea what their framerate is, or how expensive they are to buy/maintain, or anything else slightly. I've only seen them used for extremely slow things (powerpoints), and relatively low framerates (movies). So I don't know how they handle extreme gamer 60fps with ultimate resolution, or really how they react to other things.

A TV I understand, I get it, there are positives, and negatives, but it's a permanent object, a projector feels too loose for me.

It's actually calmed the f*** down a ton the past month or so. There are days that go by without a post. Most of that is because so much s*** is delayed these days.

Nah, it's not about the number of posts, it's that it's:
-Comics that I really don't care about
-Movies, which I don't really watch the new stuff
-Videogames, which, I don't super play a lot anymore

How dare these people want to make themselves happy.

Really? If I'm adding something that's salt-heavy like cheese at the end, I'd rather just add it at the end and call it a day.

Yeah, rule of thumb is I ignore the salt and pepper part, and just add it at the end until it tastes good.

With stock it's going to bring some saltyness with it, but that's not nearly enough.

Cumin, in my non-chef experience, is an extremely good base spice. It's not overpowering, but it's just great to always add a teaspoon or two into something.

Also, I like to put cumin in my rice, because cumin is a godsend spice.

CGI isn't cheap, but it is easy, from the directors perspective.
Just hand it off, tell them to make it look good, and check back in a month later.

i'm less concerned about their effectiveness and more about the price. Big pharma sucks!

In order to make these bad boys useful, they need a majority of people to have it, meaning making people pay for it will make it much less effective.
Not necessarily that governments will care about people who don't have money, but, at least that's what most of the smart people will be saying.
