I feel like having a little shorter shifts with higher pay would be better mentally and allow you to have a life outside of work (granted, not particularly possible these days anyway). I work 2-10 five days out of the week and I just feel like I don't have any time to do anything.

It's also why becoming a manager doesn't sound appealing to me because they're expected to work basically the entire day due to them being on a fixed salary. I'd hate it.

I don't even remember how 2 ended other than beating up the pope. Brotherhood was the one that ended with killing Lucy right? Though that turned out to be an absolute nothing twist dictated by real world events.

IIRC the batshit crazy part of 2 was that whole thing with the precursors, finding clues hidden in the Animus that when put together showed "Adam and Eve" escaping the "Garden of Eden" which was actually a precursor city. That and after beating the pope one of the precursors speaks directly to the player dictating what's about to happen, while Ezio is confused.

Game should've had more recognition. It was fun as hell but the competitive scene pretty much dropped it like a rock. Which is a shame because I'm pretty sure it was a licensing nightmare, especially to localize it.

The issue is that when fan projects get too ambitious and can't dedicate all hours of their day to developing it like a job, it takes way too long to finish.

AM2R was almost like that. Though it was unfortunate timing since Nintendo was also working on a Metroid 2 Remake and it got DMCA'd when it finally released.

The unfortunate problem is there are some people who just don't want to read the signs that are right in front of them. We had our doors closed early on Christmas Eve, had signs for it and everything, but still had some dumbass customers try to pry open the doors to get in.

Also some people getting mad about item limits and social distancing saying "well you should put up signs for those" and they get mad when we point right to the signs they conveniently ignored, lmfao.

So I read that the previous streaming felony law was only for big businesses that use copyrighted content illegally. It does not target or affect individuals who either knowingly or unknowingly use copyrighted material.

Yeah both Twitch and Youtube are super aggressive with their ads now.

Twitch is honestly worse with it because the ads are unskippable and come up without the streamer's consent, meaning the viewer could easily miss some good moments on the stream.

Some don't really believe that statement, or they at least think that their definition of "no major changes to the story" is different from what other people think. Some people think the story changes made in Part 1 (not counting the whispers) is too drastic, like nearly eliminating the ambiguity of if Barret's Avalanche group is really doing the right thing.
