if youre not using the machine - unplug it. This is more on the parents than Peloton. I would never let my daughter be unsupervised playing on a fucking treadmill.

Then the next year, the basement has a water leakage issue that costs $10k to repair. The LL obviously doesnt have the advantage that year, and that repair bill has wiped away the $1300 from the prior year and then some.

Sure, there are bad LLs (slumlords) that neglect maintenance and do other shady stuff, but there some which do what they need to and have tenants that are genuinely happy and want to keep renting since its a good deal for them.

shhhhhhh. Apparently the people renting who if they just get a house would have plenty of money to just throw into maintenance and fixing emergency issues.

Everyone here who says to give the building to the renters knows FUCK ALL about property/housing ownership.

if these people cant afford rent HOW are they affording taxes and upkeep?

Im a tradesman and INCREDIBLY handy. I can change water heaters, change out air handlers and condenser coils. I just renovated my entire bathroom myself.

the cost of materials alone and the time goes beyond what your typical renter will be able to do and afford.

so you give these buildings and homes to renters, great! Now what happens when a pipe bursts? A water heater goes to shit? Your coil has a leak?

your talking thousands in repairs and maintenance and general up keep on top of mortgage and taxes. This is something renters have zero concern of for the most part.

your AC went? Call the landlord and its fixed. No cost to you. Leak somewhere? Call the landlord.

electricity out? Main distribution panel corroded and needs to be replaced? Hope you have about 3k laying around in an emergency fund to fix.

unless you like living in absolute filth and squalor, sure home ownership sounds great when you cant afford it.

then these buildings and homes go to complete shit and are abandoned.

Qiqi is a great healer if you keep getting damaged a lot or killed easily. Same with Barbara.
Otherwise, Diona and Bennett might be better options.
Mona is less for dps and more for hydro support/utility, afaik she can dish out sick numbers with her burst if used correctly.

I think Sucrose, Tartaglia, Bennett, Fischl might be an interesting team to consider? Haven't tested it, but Venti doesnt work with him properly coz it lifts enemies, but Sucrose gathers them to let you make great use of Tartaglia's hydro AoEs. Then Fischl would AoE shock them and Bennett would buff your ATK or heal.

Venti and Ganyu have fantastic synergy as long as your aim is good. Ganyu+Mona are a fantastic permafreeze group. The last one can be Diona to shield and buff Ganyu's critrate by +15%.

One thing to consider here, with the Ganyu team you'd kinda be vulnerable to cryo and geo and will have to depend on Venti to break cryo, or Ganyu to brute force them with raw damage (which she has). The Tartaglia team might need to have Bennett or Fischl main dps in some situations.
Someone like Diluc, Klee, Hu Tao would make things A LOT easier for you.

yep the main issue is I dont have a legit fire carry. Thats my problem with abyss as it is.

ive been hoping for diluc so I can also use skyward pride on him.
