I for example take a bus (state affiliated) to work and there isnt capacity limit on it. Afterwards they told the hospital that all they could afford was $50 a month. they eventually negotiated to pay about $2k out of pocket. so - my point is, is that no one ever pays these exorbitant hospitals bills.
