| yusiko 03/07/21 10:55:06 AM #37 | wayward sisters was supposed to set up a spin off starring fan favorite claire novak as the lead but it didnt get picked up by the network as a series because of either charmed reboot or legacies. one of them was the reason the CW chose not to turn wayward sisters into a series. that episode ended up being the last time claire showed up in the show at all. she wasnt in season 4 or 5 because her actress had suddenly blew up in terms of popularity which is good for her but sad for the fans of her supernatural character :( --- yusketeer |

Andrea that was different people hated andrea so they dont care how dumb her death was beth was liked by the fans though ive said before that beth and andrea actually have very similar character arcs both are initially introduced with a strong connection to a sister they even look a bit alike both get stronger when a male member of the group takes them under their wing (shane and daryl) both get separated from the group and end up part of a new group led by an obvious bad guy both bond with a male weaker than they were (nerdy guy for andrea and everybody hates chris star for beth) and both die without ever managing to rejoin the main group the big difference is that beth was likable while andrea was not --- yusketeer |

| yusiko 03/06/21 4:13:24 PM #19 | oh good you got to the beth death now i can complain about how fucking stupid it was beths group held all the cards they never had to give into dawns demands and if beth was going to stab dawn she should have gone for a fatal area because this arc showed beth was willing to kill it was cheap drama and not the natural conclusion to this story and a complete waste of beths character growth over season 4 and 5 im not the only one who thinks beths death was stupid. there was a rather large fan protest against her death with many fans begging them to retcon it into just being a dream an injured carol was having wouldnt have made sense but would still be less dumb then the actual events that happened. characters die all the time in the walking dead but very few have such a poorly written death like beth got she deserved a better send off. --- yusketeer |
