Civ 4? Eh. I have a hard time justifying playing Civ 4 with all the cool things Civ 5 introduced like Districts, custom religions, and Inspirations.

Religion is really something you don't need to focus on unless you're playing a religious civ imo. Just adopt the first state religion spread into your lands. It will save you a reasonable amount of resource investment.

One of the big reasons I took up MMA and BJJ training, aside from my interest in the sport itself, is so I could feel confident in myself if I needed to intervene in a dangerous situation.

Now I'm really out of practice and out of shape but I'll still probably get myself involved in some shit and get my nose mashed into my head.

its fucking garbage, its not a World War I game at all, its a World War II game with different hats.

ive been begging for a AAA WWI shooter since 2010 and having that be the first real offering was a kick in the teeth. It fucking sucked.

I mean, you can complain about your expectations all you want, but a "True to form" WWI game would be eviscerated by the player base DICE has accumulated over the years. 98% of the game would be bolt-action rifles and artillery. Splash in some pistols, grenades, and a couple machine guns per side.

Fact of the matter is, "Mid-Late Western Front" combat does not appeal to the average player. They did what they could with the source material to provide some theme to the game while also ensuring a variety of styles of gameplay were still supported. It was a good compromise, especially after playing games like Verdun where the design really starts to show the limitation of the traditional idea of "WWI Combat". I liked Verdun, but it's not a highly appealing design.

They release these game too fast.

Also, ffs transfer over blueprints from game to game already cod making people. If you can churn out a new game in a year or two no problem, you can make a fucking gun database that atleast spans 2 or 3 games ffs. People will still keep buying them even if you only don't do all of them from all games.

The issue with the guns is that the games are developed on different iterations of their game engines that don't allow the direct port-over of guns from one to another. The different games are using different equations and variables for how damage, recoil, sighting, and handling are worked. Even just the gun models and animations need to be re-done or touched up. Porting one gun to another is pretty similar in work flow to... Just designing and making a new gun.

I haven't been in too many mosh pits but they were pretty fun. You're just bouncing off people, pushing people, picking people up, running, jumping, and letting your emotions run wild with the music. Really tiring though lol.

Lol weed gave me psychosis. When I was a teenager it provoked a couple severe bouts of derealization that left me nearly entirely incapable of interacting with the world around me and inducing horrible panic attacks. I have suffered frequent, chronic bouts of severe derealization and subsequent panic attacks for the last 14 years because of it. It took about 3 years of therapy before I began to develop a full sense of autonomy and freedom. Frankly if it weren't for anti-depressants I would probably be in a mental ward to this day.

I don't hate weed or anything. I really wish I could smoke it without having full mental breakdowns.

But yeah, you guys smoked weed so I'm sure you know it all or whatever. Cool.

Yes and considering the fact they CONVENIENTLY left that out, the act is dirty. This isnt something you just forget to do. They have procedures for a reason and they usually come in list form for what the officer needs to do. By seemingly purposefully not following these procedures in order to obtain an arrest and conviction, the police acted dirty regardless of the innocence of the man in question.

Doesnt matter if he did or not honestly. The act, in and of itself, is that of a dirty cop.

The only impropriety at hand is not clarifying that the photos were modified. Modifying visual evidence to match the circumstances of the crime scene and crime is an entirely common practice if it's to demonstrate a valid point--I'm sure most judges would agree that modifying an image, if done transparently and equitably, to adjust for something like a nylon face-covering would yield the most reliable results.
