Are you a recent ps4 owner? I used to add PS+ games to my library just because and discovered I did own tearaway unfolded. Might checck your library if you have been doing the same for years.

I believe the lore was they look like what is appealing to whatever race beholds them.

In ME2, there are a few guys talking about them, but it is species, not gender. The turian mentions liking the shape of her carapace or something, and the salarian is shocked because she looks like a blue salarian to him.

Seems like color and the head tentacles are the only thing people can agree on.

It's a trap. I made the mistake at looking up what kinds of items are available. Been farming the first world in adventure mode for like 20 hours trying to get a ring to spawn. Don't even think it is better than what I'm wearing, but damnit, I know it exists and I want it.

But for an honest con, I'm not sure how I feel about the enemy leveling. It is based on the highest piece of equipment you own. Didn't realize the boss weapons counted like twice as much as regular gear. So I made my melee weapon +5, along with my other stuff. But since it was a boss weapon, I was severely gimped when rolling a new adventure. Needed to up my other stuff to +10 to be on the proper level of what was there.

The citadel dlc is the perfect way to say good-bye to your squad before finishing the game. Yeah, doesn't make sense in universe to throw a party before going to save earth. But as a player, it is the perfect final thing to do before the point of no return.

i feel for the small business operators, but large companies can get rekt. on a tangent, a minimum wage varying based on company size or profit margin might be a step in the right direction.

That would be a terrible idea in practice. You have to realize that on paper, movies like the avengers didn't make any money thanks to unique accounting practices. You can be assured that the largest companies would have the lowest minimum wage when they somehow make every employee a one person LLC.

Can't wait until they fire every teacher who has been divorced and remarried. And any students whose parents are the same. Not to mention making sure every member of the faculty there has an absolutely clean criminal record. Wouldn't want to associate with people who have broken any of the ten commandments. Can't forget they need to fully inspect clothing every day to make sure no blended fabrics make it onto the campus.

I mean, if you want to use the bible as the guiding morality to your school, there is a set of 10 big rules you should look at first before picking at the smaller ones.

as for the alternative, if companies of better financial means are paying minimum wage, it reflects a saturated market of prospectives and thus a low barrier to entry for the role in question - so while slackers are a risk and an inevitability, the primary driver is the fact that the company is in the bargaining seat

So why are companies whining that they can't hire people when unemployment pays more? They are losing that bargaining power and they suddenly don't like it.

as for the non-slackers in saturated or otherwise replaceable roles, if they are not seeing meaningful wage increases proportional to their perceived value creation, they may stand to benefit from unionizing - until automation ramps up, anyway.

Until they fire everybody due to right to work status. Look at what happened with Amazon recently when their was talk of warehouse workers unionizing.

no, you don't. you just use the most effective combination of break arts every time. the whole 'you have to defend first before you can' is a god awful design choice and all it does is pad out time.

Ehh, kinda. There were arts that built ap, but the better arts cost ap to use. Unless you had the right equipment, you couldn't just go completely ham every turn. or you would empty your ap too fast, then have to spend time to rebuild.

You also had to keep in mind that high/low attacks were also ineffective on flying or short enemies. Which could affect your better arts depending on which zones it attacked.

Shadow Hearts 2 It uses the bad ending from the first game where the main character's love interest dies. Then he himself dies at the end of the second game.

RE: the blocking off of bosses

That used to be a thing in older games. I know Contra 3 didn't give you all forms of the final boss unless you played on hard. Gold Axe ended after, I think, stage 3 if you played on easy. There was no ending if you played SF2 on lower than default difficultly.

Upgrade your weapon and armor. Same result, so easy mode isn't needed here.

I always hated the tucking in your shirt rule some places enforce. Once I worked in a non climate controlled warehouse in S.C. and they tried enforcing this rule. It was disgusting by the end of the day. This same warehouse gave me grief over a tattoo on my arm that reached below my sleeve. They wanted me to wear long sleeves in the dead of summer to cover it.

I wasn't able to have my ear pierced while working at Taco Bell, when I was just out of High School. I was let go when I came in with an eyebrow ring, even though the bill of my hat kept it pretty much out of site. I was told that only females were allowed to have piercings.

I was petty to a co-worker once. She ratted me out for having a pierced ear, which was normally covered by the drive thru headset. When the manager told me it was against the company dress code, I pointed out that it also said females could only have one set, and this girl had like five holes in each ear. Manager didn't like that response, but he did end up enforcing it.

Didn't like how it felt like the side missions all popped up near the end, and you could go through them at once. Like a bank is being robbed, you foil it, and another bank is robbed immediately. Do that 3-4 times in a row and there is that villain stopped.

Also wasn't a huge fan of all the open world predator fights. Way to easy to move out of the area (purposely or not), wait for the enemies to forget about you and go right back in. Related, there didn't feel to be as many interior buildings to explore.

Tag-team combat was a really cool addition though.

Wasn't a terrible game, but I've played the other 3 arkham games multiple times (yes, I think origins is a lot of fun) and I honestly kind of forget that this game even exists.

I had an old demo disc with Tomba! on it. I scoured every inch of that demo, trying to do everything available before I hit the end of it multiple times. I was checking work every night (worked at Target at the time) to see if we were selling it yet.

I have vague memories of Lost Highway. Mostly that I wasn't really following what was going on at first. Then, when I started feeling like i had a handle on it, the whole cast changed and it was like a new movie started or something.

My favorite part about this was that Dracula Untold was supposed to be the start of this. But it flopped so they backpedaled, said it didnt count, then put out the Mummy remake which was even shittier.

Didn't it go back farther than that though? I thought the original start was The Wolfman with Benecio Del Toro? And then there was the I, Frankenstein with Aaron Eckhart somewhere in the mix as well.

What? The talking is the best part. All the little stories you get when meeting up with that NPC. Stories being put on hold when you dock your boat. I often found myself just sitting on the lake wondering what was going to be said next.

Does anyone else think it's weird to use the shoulder buttons to attack? I've noticed this happen more than once this gen, and I think it's weird not to use the traditional square/triangle/circle trio. I'm glad that shoulder buttons no longer get stuck like the ps2 era controller but still.

After playing Dark Souls for years, shoulder button for attacks feels very natural for this type of gameplay.

As for your comment about Kratos seeming to mature, the director mentioned that in an interview. I believe it was something about becoming a father himself and how his own personal focus changed. It kind of makes sense. IIRC, even in 3, he was willing to stop in order to keep Pandora safe. The seeds were always there, but he needed a reason to believe in. You could even see it with the first encounter with the stranger. He didn't want to fight, just to be left to grieve.

I will say some of my favorite scenes in this game are the little ones of Kratos trying to be more of a father to his son. Little motions like about to pat him on the back or whatever, but he holds back. You can see he wants to change, but doesn't quite know how. Remember, he is a spartan, and they were known for having rough, militaristic upbringings.

And bishop all the way. Best thing I ever saw cable in was Magneto ripping him apart. At least Wolverine got a little speech/lecture from Magneto before he did it. Cable was just treated like an annoying bug who was in his way.

Mostly because we don't think trump would have the insight to realize what he and epstein were doing was wrong. I mean, it just came up that trump had to be talked out of strongly defending gaetz. Nothing sticks to him, so it's not like he was worried. At most, trump would have said to a group of people to make the epstein problem go away, with no idea of how what he said would be interpreted. Yes, he would have been in a position to do it, but with no idea of knowing what he could do.

Either you're talking about systems that aren't designed for HD televisions or you're talking about a system that's going to have all of its online services shut down in the near future.

You know which of my old games is affected by a shut down of online services? FFXI for PS2, but SE cut support for it years ago. Everything else works just fine. In fact, ME3 would benefit from lack of online, since I need to log out of PSN before launching it, otherwise it just hangs. My PS2 and Dreamcast games don't bother me on an HD tv.

Imagine if they didn't release Lord of the Rings in Blu-ray and your response is that you should keep around a VHS player. It's dumb.

So the solution is to just toss out your VHS player and copy of the movie because it isn't the newest thing?
