But if a bunch of runts had been attacking him from the start, it wouldn't have been a surprise when Vegeta poked him too. >_> The difference in power between them and Vegeta at that point was pretty huge. So it still probably would have caught cell off-guard. Especially since Vegeta may have had a chance to totally incinerate cell in his perfect form if he hadn't moved at that last second with Final Flash being shot at him. --- |

I kind of took that as Beerus not sensing anything from Goku in base form as the z fighters usually suppress their power levels. Obviously when he transforms his Ki blows up. Just look at other characters without saiyan transformations. Gokus base would obviously be stronger than Frieza If 17 and 18 could trump him. Saiyans arent only strong because of their transformations. If that was the case then the Saiyans would constantly be stuck at the same level until after the frieza Saga, which obviously isnt the case with their insane Zenkai boosts and training that even effects their base forms. --- |

You're also not gonna know the relevance of a lot of characters like Akiyama and Saejima, their backgrounds and the events they took part in. So yeah, you can skip it but theres gonna be a huge gap of knowledge you'll be disadvantaged with. --- |

Reasonable force is a thing in the UK, but courts have relaxed those rules quite a bit recently because of the scenarios the victims will be put in.
