I started as a temp at my current job a year and a half ago. They promote from with in and train you on positions most companies would require just a random degree for. It's going well. I've already been promoted to leadership and one of the directors seems to like me and my ideas, so my development is being pushed. A lot of companies are doing this. See if you can find a company that does that will train and promote. You can find an actual career.

Get with a staffing agency. Most positions with staffing agencies are temp-to-hire. You basically get to skip the whole interview process, and just do a probationary period as a temp, before becoming a full employee.

To command your squad use Q and E to move or order attack target.
Hold Shift to bring up the tactical menu and select an ability. They will use that ability where your reticle is. This allows you to target an enemy or where an enemy will be.
