I've always thought Bugs was rather boring compared to the rest of the Warner Brothers pantheon actually. He provokes a story. He loses. He has insecurities and gets comeuppance. He can also be unhinged. Bugs is usually reacting TO a story. He rarely loses. His arrogance rarely comes at a price. I miss the days of the alignments being based on regional travel, as well as competition level. The amount of travel involved for teams these days should be reserved for the post season. The 80s and 90s were the best days of college ball. Yep and it worries me slightly. West Virginia does not have a huge native TV market. The largest cities have like 50,000 people. Large expat populations, but that's about it. If it's purely about TV money, it can F us over. Even though the football has played in national championships and won several BCS games. Hung 70 points on Clemson as recently as 10 years ago. Basketball team is a consistent top 15 team. Solid girls basketball and a power in soccer.
