| furb 07/08/21 7:24:49 PM #14 | I once spawned too many tanks trying to get the bullet proof cheetah. Tanks don't seem to despawn, maybe this is true for any vehicles spawned in. But I had too many of them and my save got corrupted. It was my best save on the memory card and my most perfect save of the game ever. I lost it. I still miss it. I also ruined one of my best saves with the civil riot code. The game would save that behavior and it wasn't fun all the time unsure if you could turn it off. --- You know how fads are. I love its weather effects too. Trying to land someone in the ghost town. Stormy nights in that game is a real zen place for me. I also love the soundtrack. It has such a guerilla feel. But we see the carcasses of seeming great cultures. Maybe things aren't that bad for vast tracts of time for regular Joe's. Like, I wrestle with the idea of the linking comes at great costs but there are still empheremal periods of stability and great happiness between the collapses. This is generally an elected office that overseas the department. Then you have the "police" which are usually tied to specific municipalities or townships and locally funded by the area they serve. State police-highway patrol. State level law enforcement that easily crosses County lines. Not typically used in day to day level crime enforcement. Then you have federal law enforcement. FBI, ATF, DEA, ICE, CBP and more. They have different purposes but are foremost intended to enforce elements of federal law and not state local law. --- You know how fads are.
