Loki did not break the time line. The Avengers did. And they did not fix it. Since Cap displaced himself. Loki just picked up the cube when he had chance. How is that a time violation and not the avengers actions . That is just silly .

I think, if we see the TVA as it is, an organization that has no "Earthly" moral guidelines, you see a sense of justice is not what they care about, but moreso a sense of order. They allow atrocities to happen because they deem it has to be so, even though they could stop every single one.

Loki did nothing wrong, at least in this instance, with breaking the timeline. He didn't go out of his way to mess things up, and it was indeed the Avengers who ultimately screwed up. The TVA does not care about that, though, as the Avengers going back in time was a part of the TVA's "plan." They only cared that Loki himself broke the order by acting on the screw-up, despite the fact he had no knowledge of the consequences.

I see the TVA as villains, and I think we are supposed to. In Avengers, the plot is all about how Loki is evil for attempting to take our freedom, is it not? Now, we see that the TVA is essentially Loki, in bureaucratic form. A higher being decides what we can and cannot do. I'm pretty sure we are supposed to root for its downfall, just as we rooted for Loki to lose in the original Avengers.

I'm not saying it's superior to plot that builds upon itself with each episode, but I also don't think it's an automatic negative that it usually is described as.

I should say, I mean, there still is purpose in the episodes, still some sort of development, and snippets of important information will be given here or there. Just that, for the most part, it has its formula. The episodes are comforting to watch, and if the formula is good, I will gladly watch it many times. Of course, it will eventually get stale, but I think even story-based shows become stale after a while.

Also, probably unpopular, but I don't mind slow development either. Sometimes, I feel like shows just jampack a lot of development in a short amount of time even. I hear, as a common criticism, that a show could have done something that took multiple seasons, and condensed it down to 1 or 2. I am not saying that extending it is superior; both approaches have their advantages and disadvantages. All I feel is, if I was enjoying the journey, just vibing with the show, I don't mind watching the extra episodes/seasons. Then again, I never been against filler tbh as a whole. I like the interactions that come with filler episodes that more plot-centric episodes don't have the time to include.

I'm actually cautiously optimistic about Legend.

The remakes on the other hand make me so sad because all the other generations got worthy remakes to make them feel like a new experience. Plus, I haaaaaate chibi art-styles.

For me, I was fine the day of getting the shot. It wasn't until the day after that I felt sick. Not like "the worst illness of my life" kinda sick, but standard sick. Head hurt, felt very cold, head felt like it had a fever, felt weak, etc.

I actually really dislike Maleficient for a number of reasons. One of them is that I kinda don't like they made a villain that I'm fine with being evil for the sake of evil, and watering her down imo when they humanized her. (tbh, I'm just really petty she never turned into the dragon, hehe).

Eh, they are one-dimensional, at least the first two (I haven't seen ALBT2 so I can't comment, lol), but they also are meant to be funny to little kids.

I was talking about villains that are made to be hated specifically, and they are one-dimensional with how horrible they are.

You know, this probably was one of the first villains that really grinded my gears. Like, screw that guy, lmao. Really makes me happy every time to see SpongeBob pull his tongue out to show the world the pickles.

In a show where the villain is "cool," I still cheer when the hero wins, but I find when the villain is hateable, I not only cheer for the hero, but I cheer for the villain's defeat.

Like the villains that really make you hate them and annoy you.

I think it's because kids shows are fine with just making straight-up annoying characters, that will really feel like parodies of a villain with how they are willing to be straight-up jerks to others.

In a way, I kinda appreciate it. I feel like people like all villains to be "cool" or have depth to make us feel sympathy for them that sometimes I appreciate a villain that makes me feel anger just watching them.

My only issue, and it was perhaps impossible as two different actors are not gonna nail the same character was how the kid and the adult version of Billy felt like two different people.

The kid felt like the stereotypical tragic teen with some rebellion in him while the adult felt like an adult trying to act like a little kid.

I had my commencement for my Masters in Accountancy last week, but didn't officially finish work until yesterday. Now, I'm just waiting for grades to officially be put into the system so I have the credits done officially!

I'm not really into 2D Mario, including SMW all too much. SMM is about the only 2d content I enjoy but that's just because I like to see the dumb ways levels are put together (and I like the variety with it too).

For me, my favorite video-game series are the 3D Mario ones, and SM64 was my first video-game ever, so it has sentimental value to me.

Still, from a quick glance, I see he has been at this for over a decade, and I have to respect anyone that has given that much of their life to their community. I appreciate anyone who does that, and don't mind checking a vid out. You got any recommended vids that you think are must-watch videos of his?

I like SimpleFlips. He knows that people don't like some YT stuff, but he makes it clear that at the end of the day, that in a perfect world, he wouldn't have to do some of the annoying things, but it is a job for him, and his channel needs to at least maintain, but ideally, grow.

He recently put out a site called Romhacking.com, had to spend thousands on it, and literally makes zero dollars off it. There are no ads, no ways of monetization (and tbh, he probably can't since Nintendo would be on him quickly), and he may even have threats of legal action against him, but he created it out of the love he has for the SM64 romhacking community and wanting to see it grow. I mean, you can see some ways it could help him grow (more people get into making romhacks which he can then play), but good romhacks take time still, and it's hard to say if the hypothetical returns of the site will come for a while, if ever.
