Getting the vaccine right after having the COVID is a bad idea and can compromise your health. You're supposed to wait like six months after having been sick before getting the shots. AFAIK the antibodies from having the COVID are stronger than the vaccine at first since they were live virus, but the vaccine provides longer-term protection (as it's designed to do).

The question is... when did Rodgers have it? If it was, say, this past March, he'd have wanted to wait until September... aka when football season started. And that becomes difficult to figure out when he could get his shots. A good time would've been before the MNF Lions game and then he could have had the second this past weekend after the TNF game.

I don't think there's anything punishable here since it's too hard to prove. I don't trust his word but people acting like he should've gotten the shot right after having been sick need to realize that it's completely valid to not get the vaccine right away if one already has antibodies. That's what medical professionals would advise.

Please note that the Asterisks' bench coach, who was one of the masterminds behind the cheating, became the Red Sox manager and started doing that shit over there too. He got suspended for a year and the Red Sox faked firing him, which is why I didn't want THEM to win. And the Dodgers' heroized thuggery is not something I can forgive as a Brewer fan, so I am very happy with this end result. The best team won.

AFAIK, the upgrade from 4G-LTE to 5G isn't much unless you stream video via data or download larger files. With audio, shorter videos, and webpages, either is a HUGE upgrade from the days of 3G.

There are way too many questions for them to do that, honestly:
1. Will Rodgers want to play his last years for a team that has jettisoned their best players?
2. Will Rodgers still want to leave the Packers, especially if they still have enough of a team to contend?
3. What will the Packers' asking price be, if they're even willing to trade him at all? Gutekunst could always pull the same thing he did this year, when the media morons were all like "Rodgers is guaranteed to be traded, so where will be be playing?" and, uh, that never happened.
4. Will there be any other teams that could give the Packers a better offer, such as a top 5 pick, second rounders in 2022 and 2023, a player or two, and an exchange of the Packers' sixth-rounder for their fourth-rounder?

As a Packer fan, I can tell you there's very little faith in Jordan Love in Green Bay, and people are already thinking he is one of the worst first-round picks in franchise history (before he's even had a chance). If the Packers choose to trade Rodgers, they're going to want a quality QB in exchange, whether that be one that's established or via a high draft pick. I don't think Drew Lock or Teddy Bridgewater would be up to their standards.

I do find it strange to brush your teeth at work on a regular basis, especially if not doing so on a paid break. However, I would find it okay if you had a in-house interview or were headed to dental appointment thereafter.

Personally, I brush my teeth before bed every night and that works for me.

I'd disagree about "We Are Never Ever Ever Getting Back Together" since that one's fun, but "I Knew You Were Trouble" is easily the weakest track on Red and "22" is just eh. Those two are ridiculously overproduced and that's the problem. Max Martin ruined T-Swift - at least until she decided to go back to her roots with Folklore.

She sold out for $$$$. I missed the T-Swift that recorded Fearless, Speak Now, and Red - y'know, the adorable "girl next door" who strummed on her acoustic guitar and sung about boys. If you look at her appearance throughout the years, she's become a plastic Barbie doll too, and looks far less natural than she did a decade ago. Damn shame, because Speak Now is phenomenal, but at least the pandemic led her to course-correct. I'm just thankful that she came to her senses, and I hope things stay that way. She's got a platinum touch, so why not make the music she wants to?

Because taking down Kamoshida was inherently personal for all active party members as opposed to just one. Destroying him was a strong motivator that also bonded the four of them together. Not to mention the guy was such an incredible dirtbag of a villain that you wanted to bring down. None of the subsequent villains until the Big Bad had even remotely close to the same stakes. The other acts don't have the same stakes until the endgame - and even then, those were lacking in the same character chemistry that Joker, Ryuji, Ann, and Kitty had as just a foursome bonding together to take down someone they all hated. Plus, the later dungeons go on for too damn long (especially that monstrous ship).

I think a lot of the additions in P4G make the game worse, mainly the new scenes with the party interacting. The whole concert sequence is the worst part of the game by far.

I loved the new act they added to the game, but I do agree that the concert sequence was pretty disappointing. P5R has similar problems and it doesn't fix the soullessness that plagues most of the mid-game.

I can only think of one instance in P4G where that bothered me (the Nametame interrogation in the hospital). It's certainly not as bad as, say, Vesperia.

I echo this so much. I legit thought the main cast were my friends because Atlus did such a good job at bringing them to life in a way few games have ever done. It's like I knew them, inside and out. P5 didn't have the same depth and the party's interactions were a major downgrade that made the game disappointing for me despite the gameplay improvements. P5's failure to capitalize on its theme of Sin is another thing.

P4 is a super slow starter though, which probably makes it tougher for people coming to it after 5.

Yeah, P4 is a slow burn compared to P5 being shot out of a cannon and then fizzling. The first act is the best one in vanilla P5 for a reason.

Big Ten Championship is most likely gonna be Wisconsin vs. the TOSU/MSU winner.

As a Badger fan, I'd say we took too long to find our groove. If we played the way we did today in obliterating Iowa, we can beat anyone. Yes, I know Iowa was overrated, but they still should've been ranked - at least until we destroyed them. The score indicates the game was closer than it actually was. Iowa didn't get a first down for almost the entire first half. They're gonna overcorrect, use Northwestern for practice, and probably stymie Minnesota. Minnesota's only way is to beat both Iowa and Wisconsin and I don't see that happening.

Back to the Badgers, I still don't think we're that good of a team because of how abysmal our offense is compared to our defense. We have what may be the best defense in the country but a slipshod offense prone to making mistakes. Defense means nothing if you keep giving the ball away in your own territory.

I think part of the problem is that you started at P5 and went backwards. People who played P5 first tend to prefer it to the others, because the battle system and dungeon-crawling evolves by leaps and bounds between P4 and P5. If you start at P5, P3 and P4 are a slog to play.

For me, P4 is my favorite, simply because of how strong the cast dynamics are, how well-developed Inaba is, and how many good memories I have from it. I started with P3 per this board's recommendation over a decade ago and I have no regrets. It's easier for me to go back to. I need to get back to my Steam playthrough, which stopped because life got in the way.

You don't really get to customize Link at all to your liking, so it doesn't feel like a true WRPG in that regard. And there's no party, minimal plot, no EXP system or stats, and other JRPG trademarks.

So while it does have some RPG elements like pretty much any video game does, I would say it falls more under "adventure game."

It clearly was the product of research by man in a lab. Whether it was intentionally created or a mutation caused by the research will probably never be known. There's a reason, however, that the lab was identified yet no animal of origin has been found. Most epidemics/pandemics tend to find the animal if they originated from one (which they most often do).

Nor do I. I may try it some other year when I'm not feeling in the dumps. I can't just flip a switch and have a positive attitude when bad shit keeps happening to me. It's just one of those low points in my life.

Most NaNoWriMo books are garbage and idiots often try to get them published right away instead of revising. My point was that the skeleton itself needs to be good enough that you don't want to have to, say, redo the entirety of chapters 6 through 10, and because of that, change a lot of things thereafter, including the ending - it would basically be restarting. The actual dialogue is prone to be weak and thus in need of touch-ups.

I suggest to do one chapter of about this length a day. Two on Black Friday if you, say, are spending the entire day at your parents' for Thanksgiving.
