Yeah, but the rest of them were either obtainable through swarms or the Pok Radar. Tangela wasn't available at all except from transfers, and Elekid, Magby, and Gligar all needed a GBA game in the GBA slot to appear (and all three of them needed a different game).

Been a long time since I played DPPT, but were not all Pokemon in the Sinnoh Dex obtainable natively? without the need for any other game besides DPPT?

Technically Tangrowth in Diamond and Pearl, but it wasn't in the Sinnoh Dex in those games. Depends on if you count it because it's a fourth Gen Pokmon.

Edit: Looks like Electivire, Magmortar, and Gliscor aren't either, but they weren't in Diamond and Pearl's Sinnoh Dex either.
