The US military 5.56 round won't destroy it. If a simple shot is enough then that helps, but they train military and law enforcement to aim for center of mass because it's a bigger target. Military training with a firearm would actually be a near hinderance. And THEN you'd have Congress arguing over whether to deploy them in the first place. He does a great American accent but it isn't his natural one. TV presenters in the UK learn either Received Pronunciation (read: The stereotypical British accent), or Estuary to use on air. Former WWE wrestler William Regal once said he uses a different accent then his normal speaking voice to sound more like an upper class snob, or was it evil?
