Depends on where you want to live. Nice safe area? Since the pandemic its now minimum 1,400 for a one bedroom apartment. Really nice area like Summerlin or Henderson? Probably 1,600.

Bad areas, probably still 1,100 for a one bedroom. Property values have skyrocketed. I dont live in the city of vegas itself but my house still went up over 100k in value in 6 months.

You're not going to see a rise in crime if you eliminate the largest contributing factor. I didn't say it would eliminate crime entirely, but most people are just not born bad, not even most criminals. That's not to remove their responsibility, but to say that people are weak-willed and make bad decisions in bad situations.

Crime is still overall down from where it was 15-20 years ago in most places anyway.

The big one here is getting a lot of criticism for putting animals down left and right for literally anything. As well their treatment of the animals and staff.

maybe one day we will get a President that is a huge pet person. There should be a government program, no animal can be put down unless its medically urgent at that point. And big facilities where they can essentially be free until theyre ready to be adopted.
