To everyone involved this provably seemed like a huge deal (especially to her), but if you don't have twitter its impossible to wrap your head around. It feels so utterly inconsequential and odd. For sure, but I think there's something larger going on here as well. People who accept and constantly engage in the sort of progressive rhetoric around "trauma", microaggressions, victimization and so on are not building a healthy, rational psyche. I think that sort of rhetoric tends to encourage catastrophizing and fragility. Unless she doesn't engage in that sort of thing, then just ignore my comment.
