Someone correct me if Im wrong, but arent these things built to handle twice their official limit. Like, they say the lines can only handle 250 lbs, but in reality, isnt that closer to 500 lbs?

It feels like something like that should be an obvious design choice. A 250 lbs limit seems too low for a somewhat dangerous thing like zip lining.

Papa Roach WWE RAW intro used to get me hyped. It was so different from all the gritty RAW intros. This also started a trend of shitty ass punk WWE intro music yuck.

This was such a good theme. People seem to mostly be nostalgic for Across the Nation but this was easily my favourite. Though I did also like the Nickelback one.

I'm not very good at them, but I've put a ton of hours into Soulcaliber VI to finish most of the single player stuff.

Honestly disappointed that most fighting games don't have the AI vs AI mechanic, because I've spent a ton of time just watching fights in Soulcaliber or like, Smash Bros.

I live in an area with a lot of College/University students, so Halloween parties were plentiful last night.

I'm surprised at the complete lack of trick-or-treaters on my street, but basically my entire street decided to skip this year so I'm not that surprised that if there were any kids, they didn't bother coming down my street.

What if: Because you say no and become a millionaire, you start wisely using the money and make more, then decide you need to give back to your local community and become very involved with volunteering and charity drives and what not. Now, everyone loves your giving nature, and it attracts the attention of a certain congresswoman who is in town for a rally. She meets you to say she loves what you're doing and wants to help you succeed. Suddenly, the two of you are working close together, tight spaces, long hours, and you start to feel something... different. Maybe she does too. The longer this goes, the less you can think about anything but her, and she's getting ready for a big in congress and needs to leave soon. You try begging her to stay and she stops you then and there, comes up real close, and says "you shouldn't have picked the money". She goes back home and you never see her again, while you throw more and more money away, hoping for a return that will never come.

Gotta get those views somehow.

I got more trick or treaters last year. As in, I got like, 4 trick or treaters last year and zero this year.

We normally don't get many (if any) so its not that weird, but I live in a suburb that's full of kids, so its weird they never come down my street (if they go out on halloween at all). This isn't the first year we didn't get anyone so I have a bad way to compare.

Do I have a special ninja technique that I might be able to use to weasel out of it? Some kind of "Not-die-jutsu"

And Joe Manchin is just one of 100 senators. If Democrats can't win a solid majority, then they need to work with Republicans to make bills that are palatable to them. Is there really no action on climate change they could agree too? How do Republicans feel about expanding nuclear power, I wonder? That doesn't seem to have much of a party alignment. But you won't see that tried because none of the Democrats, not just Joe Manchin, care about doing anything. They just want to stay in power. Changing nothing while finding someone to pin the blame on suits them perfectly.

I think while she holds some responsibility there are still higher ups that should also be taking responsibility of the negligence and unprofessionalism of what went on in the production. I fear people are tunnel visioning this girl and there's not enough inquiries about the higher ups that were in charge of the whole thing.

Legit read a bunch of Fables comics because of this game.

A little late to the party, but the Jurassic Park one isnt really bad. Its from pre-Walking Dead, so its different from all the later games with a lot more acclaim (think, a LOT more quick time events) but I enjoyed it enough.

Theres usually a couple you need to go out of your way a bit to find. You could easily find all of them in a chapter depending on how you play, but youd probably also need a guide.

Yep. I dont know if its worth the extra money it usually costs, but if you already have it, definitely play shadows mode. The Black/White filter honestly adds a lot.

I started playing bass in early high school (like ~8 years ago now?), though I kind of faded out when I started Uni and just started picking it back up again. I never totally put it down, but there was definitely a good 3-4 years where I barely touched it.

Idk what model, but a cheap Peavey 200$ Bass, its nothing special.
I have a Positive Grid Spark amp that has a Bluetooth connection to my phone and I can basically give it a bunch of pedals and stuff through the app its pretty fun to play with.

I got into bass because I was playing guitar before I started and didnt really like the Lead guitar so much and hated soloing (I was also horrible at it, which probably has a part in it) and was like lets do the Rhythym, but MORE.

I was also told that bass was the balls of a song and thats enough for 14 year old me.

I was super into the band Sick Puppies, and the girl who plays bass would do this super cool thing where she basically juggled between using a Pick and Slapping/Popping and I thought it was just the coolest thing ever and I still try to hide my pick in one of my fingers and randomly shift between them when I play.

I mean, I wouldn't get it on my first watch tbh. Maybe if I watched the OG immediately before I went to see Scream 5, but I probably wouldn't do that.

Then I'd look it up, see a bunch of clickbait talking about a master twist and I can pretend it shocked me too.

Host was pretty fun last year. Its completely recorded via. zoom so maybe watch on your computer instead of a TV.

Its not very long, but it makes the most out of its premise and is legit a pretty solid horror flick.

I was a kid more during the gamecube era. I have a few memories from N64, but I'm not crazy nostalgic over it. Certainly not enough to pay an extra 30/year for an online service I barely use to begin with.

Also not a huge fan of Animal Crossing, so I don't have much of a reason to pay for the extra membership.

I think the one for Skyfall or Casino Royale would be the best.

Might be alone on this, but Another Way To Die is awful IMO.

Ive enjoyed every single Bond theme in the entire series.......until that came along. Ugh.

Personally I liked it, but I can't argue that Jack White is such a weird choice for a Bond Theme.

Snorlax had basically everything you could want in a Gen 2 competitive pokemon. Great bulk, great attack, CURSE (probably the best boosting move at the time), and enough variability that you couldn't really counter it.

So Snorlax was basically a pokemon you more or less needed on every team if you wanted a "good" pokemon team.

Tauros was similarly OP in Gen 1.

It seems kind of fun to rag on it now, but Paranormal Activity was legit a ****ing great horror movie. There's a reason it spawned a decade of cheap knockoffs, and not only because it was incredibly cheap to make.

Remember, that movie got people to DEMAND Their local theatre carry the movie. On like, a 10,000$ budget.
