also they really need to do a PS All-Stars 2. Look at the level of hype character reveals for a fucking Nickelodeon game are getting... if Sony could manage to not screw it up this time, it could be huge.

also I really enjoyed that one. I wasnt too excited going into it, but it ended up being a lot of fun and also occasionally fucked up. It was cool to see the basically normal MCU version of these characters get to interact with people they didnt really talk to in the movies. Im liking the animation style way more than I thought I would based on the trailers too. Im on board for some other stuff like this.

and this episode doubled down on a couple characters from earlier episodes: doctor stranges cape is secretly the best hero (legitimately it probably has more screentime in this series now than any actual Avenger)
and
everything is kind of Hank Pyms fault again. It feels like theyre making up for him not being the creator of Ultron by making him the root of all these bad universes.

Yeah I want a region that has a colder climate by default so they dont have to save all the ice Pokmon for one mountain at the end of the game or whatever

Doesn't 'Dark' type mean 'Evil' or something in Japan? I figured that's why there's confusion for that one in particular, in English it's thought of as similar to ghost or anything black, but in Japan it's tied to some moral idea instead.

Gastly is literally made of gas, it feels very deliberate that the line is poison instead of dark.

I guess they could have done a switch to dark just for Gengar, but... why? Whatever is dark about Gengar is represented fine with the Ghost type.

There was famously a mass murder at a Browns Chicken (a Chicago area chain of restaurants) and eventually they just tore the place down and built a new Chase bank there

but if they hadnt, and if I lived near that one instead of the one I live near now... I would definitely still eat there. Its actually pretty fucked up, the murders led to like 100 Browns locations closing because sales dropped afterward.
Like, its not the restaurants fault that people were murdered there, theres no reason to think its going to happen again there or at another Browns location.

all that said... I would not go to the murder Cracker Barrel because Cracker Barrel isnt good enough to warrant dealing with the spookiness

I don't agree with Safer at all, but this is a stupid argument. Game of Thrones was good because it was such a close adaptation to the books compared to most adaptations out there. The changes in Netflix's Death Note were awful.

sure, there can be bad changes. But change isnt inherently bad. Sometimes stuff in the source material just doesnt translate well to another medium. Even Game of Thrones aged up its characters, but for some reason no seems to complain about HBO not having a 9 year-old Arya.

If a different team of people is making a new version of a thing, why would you expect them to keep everything the same? If theyre not going to do anything differently, whats the point of doing it at all?

if you get upset about a lady character wearing more pants or whatever maybe thats an issue with you. wokeness aside, youll have a better time in general if you dont get hung up on everything being the same forever and can just let yourself enjoy the new thing for what it is.

I guess Links Awakening even though thats pretty redundant now, Kid Icarus, and then a bunch of random third party stuff from c-list companies

I wonder if Capcom and Konami would be more willing to put out Mega Man and Castlevania games for the GB than they have been for the other two systems. theyre not trying to sell a separate collection of those GB Mega Men yet, so may as well?
