Self-centredness coupled with a genuine lack of self-awareness and empathy for other people (which usually devolves into gaslighting). People that think it's appropriate to strike up conversations with cashiers. People that borrow money (a small amount that's easily repayable) or my possessions and 'forget' about it. Calculated move to get what you want for free and make you look like a tightass when you ask for it back. |
