225lbs isnt that much. For that to be at the top of the poll kind of negates the entire thing.

Anyhow, 405lbs prior to a recent injury. Looking to heal up and test the waters again. Itll probably be something near the 315 mark

Aww. That makes sense. I actually blocked him. I could be in a topic talking about my favorite flavor Gatorade and the dude will come in and try to derail the conversation about that one time I did that one thing that really grinded his gears.

It gets old. I support the block function. It shouldnt be used to talk shit behind someones back, but if your being harassed just to the point where the platform begins to lose its enjoyment then go ahead. Thats what its there for.

Aww. Yea, I see that. No I have very real, and detailed complaints that Ive shared ad-nausea for years. But most people here know what they are, like its just me beating a dead horse at this point. Also, I legitimately dont think I care anymore.

Like I use to care. To a very unhealthy level. Getting rid of that stupid Reddit has helped a lot. Sure I rather had just given it to Slayer or something, but having it no longer be my responsibility has definitely lifted a weight off my shoulders.

That was a side rant I know, but I dont think Ive ever actually addressed my completely unhealthy obsession with trying to influence the back end marketing and business practices of this place, It definitely was. Or maybe still is, idk.

Maybe more details about how the moderation system needs an overhaul? As opposed to vague references to (individual) moderations (which are bigotry, trolling, other rule violations, so on and so forth)

I dont care anymore. I use to just type the same thing out over and over again. Just 15-20 minutes every other day. Why?

The mods have every right to hate me. Ive complained about the moderation system, and many of their individual moderations for years. I try not to mention individual names, although im sure Ive slipped up a few timesbut I mean if you are a 49ers fan and some dude just rags on the team everyday, eventually you are going to hate that person.

But people think I insult the individual users, but I dont. The other raging crybabies do. Theyll call people out by names and attack themheck theyll coordinate attacks. But I dont. I always try to talk about things in generalizations. Like I might complain about CEmen, but I dont complain about individual users.

But then again not as much anymore. Im not perfect. Ill still sound off here and there. My point of view is still the same, Im just tired of evangelizing it. Im just an old man yelling at clouds.

Im just explaining what I complain about, its completely different than what the conservative users complain about. Im a different beast. Some moderations. Most are justified. But mostly its the moderation system I complain about. The way GameFaqs is run, not the individual moderations themselves. I think moderation revamp of 2021 is not as conducive to engagement and user growth as the previous system was.

Theres not any appreciable differences to be made to the moderation practices here that are going to make this site jump in numbers of users, and you come across like Elon Musk did when he wanted to buy Twitter to make it a free speech platform and overhaul moderation practices.

I disagree. I think its possible. Fandom has excellent user aquisition teams, there just needs to be a better onboarding process for new users.

How have I never seen this video? I saw MyBrainisbroken's cringe-tacular shadowboxing response video, but not Sterolizer's fight.

I cant respond to that guy cuz he had me blocked or vice versabut I won that fight. It was the commentators that were mistaken.

You cant hear the commentators when youre in the arena, so everyone in that arenathe fans, fighters, officials, and Charles Oliveria himself knew I had won. It was only cringe and confusing to the audience watching at home because of the commentary.

But inside the building I was treated like Rocky. Fans and other fighters took pictures with me, and I felt like a million bucks. One of the best moments of my life for sure. Sucks that the commentary ruined it for the folks at home. But, thats life.

I am looking to fight again soon. Maybe on the Dubai card if I can.

I was on a wrestling scholarship that lasted 5 years, but I put in three years of my own in Community College. So I started collecting them when I was 24, but left school at 26.

I have x4 bachelor degrees that are all equally useless...Criminal Justice, Psychology, General Business, and Physical Education

I had started a MA in Industrial Psychology, but never finished, just hopped into the workforce instead.

I say what I say, and I mean what I say. I own everything Ive ever said. Therefore the mod staff (you included) has a right to dislike me. I told you that in the last topic as well. If you ever want to discuss those things with me my DMs are open, both here and on Reddit.

But my gripes with GameFaqs and their gripes are completely different. Its like comparing apples & oranges.

I dislike the way GameFaqs is run. I dont think its conducive to growth. I think its marketing strategy, and businesses development series of operations seriously needs to be revamped if this website ever wants to reach the heights of its previous success back when it was a top 100 site on Alexa.

Those guys are just hateful spiteful people for various reasons, none of them justifying the continued bullying and harassment of the folks that do enjoy using this platform (myself included).

There is a lot of straight bigotry, and nonsensical internet culture stuff designed to provide them with justifications for their continued harassment of users. Its bad. My posting history, as anti-moderator as it is, never included any alt-right political agenda, bigotry, prejudice, stalking, or any of the other crap those reddits are now advocating for.

But still. Had I never made that damn thing in the first place, then maybe that one truly awful reddit wouldnt currently exist. So I am truly sorry. I take some responsibility for it.

If you are currently single then judt go on Tinder and find a nice lady to talk to. If you are into hookups (some people arent) then just go have some fun. Take your mind off things.

If you arent into hookups, then maybe meet up with the girl for lunch or something tomorrow. That always helps me when Im feeling down. But staying inside alone without anyone to talk too is just going to make it worse.

I created one of those Reddits just to bitch about a moderation I got. Wasnt anything deeper than that.

Unfortunately it was overshadowed by all the toxic folks obsessed with politics. I got rid of it, gave it to Tails cuz I didnt want to be associated with what it was becomingbut it got so bad that I eventually attempted to take back control and clean it upbut manit just wasnt possible. Then Tails took it over from me by force, I had no choice.

The whole subreddit is obsolete anyhow, now that there are other outlets to get clarifications on moderations for instance the Ask The Mods board is incredibly helpful now.

Anyhow, my apologies for even creating that subreddit in the first place, it was a mistake. So many of those guys are cartoon leaves of toxic. I suggest just ignoring them which is advice that I need to take for myself.

I respect the Admins, and other paid employees that have to manage and run this place. They inherited it out of nowhere must have been a heck of a culture shock to deal with. Mad respect

4chan, ResetEra, Kiwii Farms, incel.is those forums where disgruntled internet people congregate. Get rid all of them.

My school made me read the lord of the rings books as a freshman. When the films started coming out the next year I wasnt interested because I was previously forced to study those things. I didnt even mind the books, but its hard to enjoy things you associate with stress, like tests & essays and stuff.

My personal hell is Issac Dinesons Out of Africa reading that book turned me off of reading completely. In the 20+ years afterwards Ive never read another book (comics not withstanding) again.

This book taught me how to bullshit an essay just by reading the back of the bookor spark notes if they existed at the time.

Prior to my freshman year I would read my moms books once she was done. Lots of Stephen King, Peter Benchley, and Michael Crichton. Even some HG Wells.

I also read at least 20 Goosebumps from start to completion. But being forced to read Out of Africa killed my love for reading.

When I die, I somehow end up in hell, Im just going to be forced to read this shit for all eternity.
