i mean you are wrong.

a soda has like 130 calories. flavored water doesn't have 65 calories, it has none.

it is 100000% healthier than soda. it's the equivalent of putting a little lemon juice in your water. its not even 1 gram of sugar.

PLUS there is also just club soda, with no flavor at all. That's just carbonated water.

Carbonated water is totally safe, even for exercising. I have gone months literally only drinking coffee and flavored sparkling water and I was fine.

So, no, it's not "pretend" it was just "science, facts, and research."

Also diet sodas give you strokes. Dont drink them.

I suspect it's more like being critical of war in general or even critical of some subtle point. He was absolutely critical of the USA, or any abuse of power.

Like, we might disagree with him, sure. I disagree with a lot of his ideas sometimes. But, like, can't we not have different ideas? Are ideas so fragile they can't handle debate?

Anyway, from what I've found in the last few minutes it seems like he was against letting Ukraine into Nato and emphasized humanitarian concerns over nuclear escalation, which sounds pretty reasonable to me, even though I DO think we should let Ukraine into NATO.

As I said, he was banned from mainstream media. Rupert Murdoch, and presumably his son, actively disliked him that much.

We usually here about people being banned for being racist or something. Chomsky is the only person I've ever heard of that was banned for saying ethical things.
