Ive been off them entirely for a good 2-3 months or so. Had several stints of quitting before, but ultimately picked the habit back up again.

Nic gum definitely helped a bit, but the 2 biggest things that did it for me this time was discovering that the nic vapes were causing ED for me, then switching cold turkey to zero nic vapes because of that discovery.

The zero nic vapes still gave me the hand/mouth fix that I needed. And for a while there I could definitely tell it was just the habit of vaping itself I was addicted to and not the nic, because it had been months since I had any nicotine but occasionally Id still crave a fix.

But ultimately I got to a point where I just didnt think about it.

Not sure if youd have the same luck with gum and/or the zero nic stuff, but it may be worth a try.

Just had it last week.

Well, Im assuming, anyway. The whole family was sick last week. Mostly seemed like a minor head cold in me and my son, no fever and just a minor sore throat with a bit of nasal discharge for a day or 2, it hit my wife hardest and she had the symptoms for several days. She went to urgent care and tested positive, so.. pretty sure all of us had it.

Also had it for sure and tested positive in 2021. Lost taste and smell off and on a bit for one day, but fortunately didnt have any of that happen this last time.
