Mega Man 11 is the first in the franchise to sell over a million. They made a bunch of them because they were relatively cheap to make.

As wanderingshade said, they have sold over a million before, for example, Mega Man 3.

The other thing you may not know is there were only 29 games that sold 2 million copies on the nes in total, so selling half a million copies or more was plenty impressive..

It's $130 because that version has story missions and characters which the former at the very least should be in the base game.
