Im replaying the DKC games in anticipation. Gonna try to get a Switch 2 this weekend. If I can, gonna replay Mario Odyssey before Bananza releases.

Theres so much ghost hunting content on YouTube. Im sure most of it the people doing it know its bullshit, but there must certainly be people filming that content that 100% believe it.

Forget America, the whole world is going to hell. The Middle East is going to hell with Iran and Israel firing missiles at each other and theres the whole Gaza situation. Shockingly, North Korea has been very quiet.

World War 3 is imminent.

Literally anytime anything happens anywhere in the world this is world war 3. Ill believe it when I see it.

Yeah I was curious about load times and frame rates. But apparently Pikmin 3 has issues and needs to be patched. But Nintendo has said they are aware and fixes are coming soon. Hopefully while theyre at it they give us 4K upgrades for both.

I keep seeing YouTube thumbnails like this is a Wii U situation underwhelming sales numbers Nintendo is done for then you look at the actual data and the first week has been insanely successful. Which, honestly, was what I expected the whole time. This whole fake outrage/manufactured hate thing surrounding it is really bizarre.

I completely stopped drinking soda about seven months ago. Stopped putting cream in my coffee. Switched to sourdough, though I try to stay away from bread regardless. Stopped buying cereal, started eating oatmeal. Ive lost about 30 pounds since I started making these changes though I still have a long way to go

The games I get hyped are rarely games the mainstream gaming audience gets hyped for. Games like Pikmin and Kirby

Actually could people try certain games and tell me if theres any significant difference from Switch 1? Specifically Im curious about Kirby Star Allies, Pikmin 3 and 4, and Pokmon Snap

Havent got one yet. Was gonna wait for Donkey Kong. But I am super tempted to go out and buy one.
Edit: I was disappointed when they only announced upgrade patches for like ten games. But apparently pretty much every game runs better regardless if they get patched or not.

They say that the matte and gloss textures on it are swapped in the shiny form, but I cannot see it at all.

I did shiny hunt a Paldean Taurus. Was easier than I thought it would be. When standing side by side the shiny does stand out.

You know it never really occurred to me before that sandstone is an insta mineable block. For some reason I always thought it was slow like terracotta, and its not. Anyway I have about 4 shulkers of sandstone smelting into smooth sandstone right now.

Thinking of revisiting the Advance Wars games. Is the Switch remake worth it or should I stick to the GBA versions?

Well I finished the Grand Travels map in Hyrule Warriors. Now to replay Legend Mode to get the second Skulltula on each level, do the Rewards maps and Im done with Adventure Mode :V

So the rule doesnt hold in every situation, but for early gens it definitely does. The way shiny colors were determined in the early years was they took the color values, calculated the tertiary complement for each color, and chose that. It just happens that a lot of those colors were yellows and greens.

Dexnav hunting in ORAS was a pretty fun hunting method. I got every single random encounter Pokemon and all their evolutions shiny in that game.

Took like 700 hours

despite the fact I have like a thousand shinies, Ive never completed a reset hunt. Such a boring method of hunting. Also yeah you really should look up if its shiny locked or not before you start lol

Kirby and the Forgotten Land is really good. Not overly difficult, because Kirby, but a really good time.

Yeah Forgotten Land is great. And its getting DLC on Switch 2 in a few months.

Yes, they bring a lot of money in.

Oh also if you never played it, Pikmin 3 was ported to Switch with all the DLC and some new content. It is my favorite Pikmin game. It has 3 characters that you switch between on the fly. So when you get really good at it its all about maximizing productivity. Its really short, but its meant to be played over and over. Pikmin 3 is my jam.

I never played Three Houses so I never picked up Three Hopes but Id probably like it.

Yeah first one is all of Zelda, second is a prequel to BotW. Theres another one coming this year thats related to TotK.

Yeah the first HW game was on Wii U and 3DS but the Switch version is the best version, plays at 60 fps and has all the content from the previous versions and more. It takes like 300 hours to 100% if not more.

I like the Hyrule Warriors games. And Fire Emblem Warriors though I never played Three Hopes. Age of Calamity, while great, has like a 15 fps framerate. Which will probably improve on Switch 2.

Ive been trying to improve my base lately. I love the tuff block set, I think its my favorite stone set. I cant post pictures for a few days, but I will if I can remember.

Conclave is very much a thriller movie with a religious coat of paint. lol it is a good movie, but yeah usually selecting the pope doesnt take long in modern times.

My uncle works for Nintendo and he said the Switch 2 was cancelled because it doesnt have a lot of action.

If anything hell use this pope as excuse to discriminate against Catholics since he doesnt like Trump.
