Asylum started the Arkham but it's still the GTA 3 of the series where following games made vast improvements.

The gore effects are good except for the shop clerk's head but still the kills are still campy

It's by no means perfect but it's up there with Parts II, IV, VI as my favorite Friday the 13th movies
Obviously og Nightmare on Elm Street is a better made film but I enjoy the novelty of FvsJ almost just as much.

One of my favorite slasher films. The cast is forgettable but the kills and fight scenes are great. Just wish Jason and Freddy had more time on screen together.
