I enjoy Hockey and think it deserves more love but Football and Basketball definitely captured more exciting aspects of sports Imo and I admit I can't fully explain it I just find it less exciting.

Some of it has to do with the similarities of Soccer (which I still enjoy watching live but overall and a few World Cup matches but I have a lot of issues with the way Soccer is presented and played to the point where I rank it far less enjoyable to watch than the other major team sports san Baseball) I think the pacing and physicality of Hockey makes it more appealing than Soccer itself.

that's not necessarily true.

"normal" ftl travel, once broken (if it can be), is a complete unknown. it could be quite easy to ramp up speed.

and the most known possible work-around, wormhole travel, there's no real reason distance should be a factor at all.

the best reason it would take them time to get here is if we're just that far down their list, lol.

Wormhole travel sounds incredibly fatal. But light itself still takes ages to reach our view in the sky, a lot of stars we see at night don't really exist anymore.

What a wuss. I spent 192 glorious hours enjoying that game.

I probably spent 250+ hours total with 5 playthroughs >_< in my defense aside from my last playthrough on the PS3 I never really tried to 100% it just played it for the fun of it.

It's batshit insane how much content and shit to do they fit in that game. Not every aspect was flawless best but overall it is an incredibly jam packed, ambitious, fun game and easily my favorite ever (hence the GS4Life)

I'm ashamed I never 100% because there is just too much to do but damn it remains to be the only game I played nearly 48+ hours straight (minus food and bathroom breaks) that's just how good it was.

I had one of those in high school, and I've always found myself thinking about her ever since. It's weird, no matter how much time passes or how much stuff happens in my life I always go back to that. I'm married with a kid and a house and I still think about some girl I dropped the ball with 20 years ago.

What's even weirder is she found me on FB a few months ago and she's married to a dude who looks like a shorter, fatter version of me. I try not to read into it too much

God I hope I'm not that guy who will still think about her if I get married.

But getting the idea of getting married seems foreign. I'm just not a fisherman so to speak.

Vegeta was a proud prince but he always valued the potential of a Saiyan Warrior over individuals (other than himself because of his royal bloodline). He enjoyed challenges but unlike Frieza who would pretend to be noble he was outwardly ruthless and killed his closest friend due to failure.

Frieza was a ruthless tyrant who's mere presence instilled fear in the greatest warriors the Galaxy knew. His mannerisms made him seem almost honorable and refined but then crossing him in the slightest meant certain death.

Cell was unlike the others, he didn't start off all-powerful in relative comparison but rather seeked to obtain what at the time was the ultimate power by completing his programming. Cell between having Frieza and the Saiyans DNA couldn't help but desire to prove himself as the ultimate warrior, and showboat his power even to the point of his own determent.

Buu was a monster beyond any understanding the heroes could have initially comprehended. He was the embodiment of chaos and destruction, and his magical attributes gave him an edge his foes just couldn't prepare for. He was uncharted territory in terms of abilities and power. Just when you think you know power, reality slaps you in the face.

By comparison Super villains have felt shallow and empty.
