It depends on what you mean by healthy. A lot have lots of vitamens and minerals that are essential, but most are loaded with sugar and weird chemicals and way too much caffeine.

Vaccines --to do or not is a real, logical debate in the medical community. Most people don't realize one of the major uses for vaccines across the globe is population control.

I've never been vaccinated and doc says I'm fine except to lay off sugar <_<
