I want the Sonic in C-tier explanation on that, because that's the one piece of the "food/hunger" solution puzzle I couldn't get...

I feel there has to be something else to it or the Jurassic Park cosplayers couldn't be S Tier. Even if we count them as actual dinosaurs, Mr. DNA should tank the Time Value as there's no way the Jurassic Park mascot could have existed before the novel (presuming he wasn't created for the film, though the time difference is negligible).

And we know that modern elements can lower the score: a bear is A Tier, but people fleeing a bear while recording it is D Tier, so the widescreen TV should do something to lower the Jurrasic Park score; see also Jared from Subway lowering Superman's value. Or "domestic cat in modern house" at D, "cat outdoors" at A.

The only way I can get Time to work is something very specific like... "The average age or creation date of everything within the image, based on what the image represents (eg. Dinosaurs) instead of what it literally is (eg. People in dinosaur costumes)" so that the age of the dinos counters the age of the TV and the average of everything on the Tier List can get it up to D Tier instead of F for having just been created.. and even then I can't account for that one map being in F Tier.

Granted, I don't know what that map is actually of, which would probably help.

EDIT: F Map is of the Holy Roman Empire. I... really can't figure out how that falls so low without disrupting everything else.

Smash Bros. moveset is great in the context of Smash but it's already based on Kirby so it itself appearing in a Kirby game is more of a neat little meta joke than an iconic, distinct power
