From Christmas 2011 till the latest round of polls, PS3 ownership increased from 63.28% to 64.51%, or by 1.23%. 3DS ownership, over the same period, increased from 33.55% to 36.11%, or by 2.56%. I'd expected the 3DS to jump up a bit quicker than that.

Wow, Marray/Nielsen have won the Men's Doubles in five sets. They've gone from playing challengers and needing a wildcard to get in to knocking out the Bryans and Lindstedt/Tecau back to back to become Wimbledon champions.

Serena was down break point and smashed in a huge first serve. Only it was called out. It was about three inches inside the service line. Blatant Radwanska bias from the line judge. Radwanska's expression was great.

One of the big stories of the past tennis year is how great and consistent Federer has been. Moreso than Nadal, and Djokovic is just struggling to hang on to the incredible number of points he racked up in 2011.
I'm not sure if I want to hug Aga or shout at her. Need more energy in a Slam final.

I'm going put that down as an incredible Federer performance! The forehand and serve were top class. Djokovic's backhand was a shadow of its usual self.
Come on Murray!

Roof being on means slower conditions, which favours Djokovic and Murray. They were favourites even before that was confirmed. Can't see either of them losing if they play remotely well, unless Federer or Tsonga play incredibly for three sustained sets.

Yeah, I want Radwanska to win... but a more realistic ambition would be to avoiding a humilation if Serena is going to serve like that again. Bloody hell.
The Williams sisters also crushed their doubles QF opponents 6-1 6-1. They play the 1-seeds Raymond and Huber next.

Auron is a much better character on a second playthrough, I find. I'll offer "Make mistakes. That's what youth is for, after all." as an underrated line of his.
An aspect of his backstory that is very rarely brought up but which I find interesting is mentioned by Braska: ...a warrior monk, doomed to obscurity for refusing the hand of the priest's daughter.
I've always wondered what the story around that might have been. Pity we'll never see a prequel.
Favourite FFX character: Yuna

Ferrer's defending extremely well and Murray's attack isn't consistent enough to break him down. Great effort from Murray to steal that set. Ferrer served for it at 5-4, then had 5-2 in the tie-break. Match could be a long one...

Damn Ferrer seems to be getting better as he gets older. Nadal-esque levels of consistency on show against JMDP and Murray (so far). If he'd got to this level a few years ago he might have won a slam.

Hollow Bastion, first time, KH1. From losing your team mates right through to Sora's sacrifice it's tense, intense and brilliant designed. Best map, and best use of music in the game throughout the sequence too.

The organisers are determined that Wimbledon remains an outdoor event, so they'll only close the roof if they absolutely have to (though they won't stop play to re-open it once they've done so). I think they also feel a bit guilty about taking Nadal and Rosol off when they could have got the fifth set started without it.

Fish has taken the first set against Tsonga. Currently 1-1 in the second, though Fish had two break points on Tsonga's service game. I don't know how they've been playing as I've been watching Murray/Cilic.

Radwanska will not beat Azarenka (have a look at her record vs. her). She might beat Kvitova and/or Serena if they have a bad day. She's an excellent player, but simply cannot handle the power of the top level players.

- Baker continuing his run - Goffin vs. Fish (should Goffin win, he'll apparently become only the second player in the Open Era to reach the last 16 in his first two GS events) - Murray vs. Baghdatis (will Baghdatis bring the game to the big seed like Rosol and Benneteau did?) - Shvedova vs. Errani (I'm probably the only person who thinks Shvedova might have a chance here...) - Ferrer vs. Roddick
Wish I could be at Court 3 today.

This is as much an advantage for Federer as it is for Murray. There's no doubt that Murray's the favourite from the bottom half (beware Tsonga though), but Federer now only needs to put in one incredible match against Djokovic instead of two. He's well capable of simply blowing Murray or Tsonga away, but not Djokovic or Nadal (anymore).

KHII's combat was a big step back from KHI's, and a large part of the reason I'm not a big fan of it (the other big reason is that so many of the planets had extremely bland maps). It does have some great moments - Xaldin, 1000 Heartless Battle, TWTNW, but the original's best are just as good.

I'm really enjoying David Goffin. Showed some real grit to hang in against Levine today before powering away with the match. Has the speed and shot variety to be top class.
