| Kotetsu534 08/22/20 7:24:19 AM #9 | I'm assuming you mean games released this year. Of those, I've only played FFVIIR, and I really enjoyed it. It probably benefitted greatly from my expectations being rock bottom going in, but I thought it brought Midgar and the main cast, particularly Aerith, to life, and the battle system had both real energy and genuine stylistic differences across the characters that action-turn hybrids often lack. The only other games I've played are Crash Trilogy (platinum'd them all, really enjoyed the 1st and 2nd - the 3rd was just too easy and gimmick filled) and God of War (platinum'd it, but apart from the Kratos/Atreus dialogue and a couple of fights it wasn't especially brilliant). --- We are living our lives Abound with so much information |
