| PK_Spam 10/31/19 1:45:34 PM #3 | Seph got it You missed one of the late game sidequests (a useful one too, because it gives Rita her best non-elemental spell, Meteor Storm) but she starts to learn Spirit Magic before the end of the story. She applied some of that already to Estelle before the elemental spirits, but she perfects it by the time they head to the final dungeon. I like to imagine she fine tuned Ravens Blastia using her new skills after the game so he could actually live a close to normal lifespan. also, I dont really like the story. Everything kinda falls flat by the third arc, though the second is pretty decent storytelling when its not being dumb and repetitive (Estelle). Its the characters I love. Id die for them. --- |

Or am I just incapable of loving it like I did back when I was 19? It seems like even the older episodes just dont do it for me anymore. Have I just grown past it? I replayed Vesperia on Switch, and believe me, I played THE SHIT out of it back in high school, over 800 hours. And now I still cant finish the extra post-game content. Same with Star Ocean 4. Is it just a bad game... yeah, probably. But maybe itd be a 3/10 and not a 1/10 if I werent the way Ive become. --- |

If he is, you might be going after too many enemies at once. I never played him and had no issues with his tanking unless I was in a battle I didnt prep for. Make sure he has a Nopon Mask as equipment so he keeps aggro, just in case. Heal as needed. --- |

Whats-his-face is dead weight. Nia should be decent enough at healing now that shes off setting damage, and you should have a good enough stock of Arts Recharge pouch items that shes throwing those out more often and Rex can Anchor Shot enough to have an emergency supply of heals just in case. Kora came early enough for me that I had her by this point, so if things were bad, Id have Rex swap Pyra and her as needed to make sure I had options in case Nia was being dumb. Do you have any other Gauntlet style Blades? Blitzball blades are good too. You need a legit tank until you get one of the faux healer blades who do so much damage youll always have aggro anyway, or you get Poppi super duper busted. --- |
