Luckily, by some act of god, the internet and phones went down in my office so I couldn't work. I leaned back in my comfy chair, put my headphones on, draped my blanket over my head, and took a nap for about an hour. When I awoke, the internet was still out, but I felt refreshed. It really helped me reset an continue my day once it did come back. But I digress... I hope you finally relax soon. Have a good rest, TC. --- |

I hope it still works for you. Something you can try is getting more sunlight in the day. Melatonin is a naturally occurring hormone in the body that is produced at night when the body senses the sun going down and the night coming on, so to speak. This is the main reason why blind people suffer from insomnia or erratic sleep schedules. Absorbing more sunlight through the eyes might help you tomorrow night. Give it a shot! --- |
