The movie itself isn't that bad. What kills it though is the fact that Mark Wahlberg was seriously miscast as Max Payne. Also a Max Payne movie needs an R rating instead of the PG-13 it got. The hallucinations people would see when they're hopped up on Valkry were cool though.

Mass effect 3. The entire game is about getting ready for the reapers to attack. The beginning happens when they attack earth and the hero's have to flee. Then the finally is the hero returning to try and stop them once and for all with whatever resources they scavenged up.

I almost drowned while swimming at a lake. There were a lot of people around but no one noticed me. Until some random guy saw me rushed in and saved me. He never told me his name. He just plucked me out of the water and disappeared into the crowd. I was probably 10 at the time.

Out of all the Netflix Marvel shows Iron Fist is my least favorite. Which sucks because it was the one I was most looking forward to. The problem I have with it is the fact that it feels like it just kinda meanders about with no real overall plot.
The main villain is weak and doesn't have much screen presence especially compared to the hand. I also didn't like how the main character comes off as impulsive and naive. Which doesn't strike me as a trait a mystical Kung Fu master would have.
I think one thing they should of did more of is have more variations of fighters for him to fight. Like 1 episode a Muay Thai boxer. Another an mma fighter. Another a monkey Kung Fu fighter. They touch on it a bit but not enough imo. Especially for a show about the world's greatest martial artist. All in all it's an ok show that could be so much better.

Game looks awesome. I wonder what the unit troop count will be around? I hope it gets to be massive numbers like armys in the 10000 or higher range. I love Rome 2 in fact I'm still playing my Suebi campaign. Didn't care for Warhammer which is weird because I play the table top version well the 40k version.

Only a sith deals in absolutes. As for me I celebrate Christmas because it's fun and I like getting and giving presents. There's also the food my gosh the food. Like this Christmas my mom made these awesome little burger sliders. And my brothers wife made a big batch of various types of cookies. I've been pigging out since noon. I don't need any religious reasons to want to celebrate all that thank you very much.

I'm sorry for your loss. I know what it's like to loose people that you're close too even if you have a falling out with them. It sucks because you feel angry and sad (even if it's just a little bit) at them.
Whenever I get in a situation like this I like to listen to this song. It always helps me cry and remember that even if I stopped talking to someone close I'll still miss them when they're gone.

Pretty much this. I mean do they really need to spend 40-60+ million on ads for their games? It seems to me most people base their game purchases off of word of mouth and gameplay footage. At least that's how it works for me and my friends. I mean seriously slap a few videos together showing actual gameplay with a quick synopsis of what the story or theme is and let the videogame focused Youtubers promote your game for you.
They do realize that gamers don't care about fancy CGI footage that in no way shows what the actual game looks like right? They might of in the past but sorry the 90s are over.
Also stop with the pointless promotional events with the D list celebrities talking about games they don't care about that gamers know are just there for a quick paycheck . I mean is spending 20,000 to get Jack Black or Ice T really convincing anyone to buy your game? You not Hollywood game industry so quit acting like you are.

Several reasons.

1. Lack of availability. Dose anyone here have access to a set of armor that fits them at the drop of a hat.

2. Cumbersome. Extra weight is something to avoid. Especially when your constantly on the move. Remember your basic survival gear (ammo, water, food, etc.) Is going weight a lot so an extra 30 to 50 poinds on top of that is going to hamper you down.

3. Other people. Most other people you meet are going to be hostile and plate armor (cool as it is) doesn't stop bullets.

4. Hoards of zombies. Sure you can wade in and kill a lot but your going to get tired and bogged down. And the last thing you want is a few hundred zombies dragging you to the ground. And eventually tearing your armor off which wouldn't be impossible for them to do. And good luck getting out of your armor and handing it of to your friend in the middle of that.

5. Upkeep. Armor requires a lot of up keep. If the plates and leather aren't oiled regularly it can lead to the metal rusting up and making movement even harder and the leather can start cracking.

6.helmets. helmets seriously restrict eyesight. Which is going to make shooting harder as well as making if harder to see your surroundings. Also wearing a helmet will make it harder to hear which also makes you vulnerable.
