The context is also important. Vivian wants to be seen as girl and Beldam uses the fact that she is a boy as an insult which Vivian is devastated by. And everything we said about terms becoming outdated and such. I almost even want to say that whole chapter is some kind trans allegory with the way Mario loses his identity and Vivan sympathizes with him because she deals with that kind of thing herself, though perhaps that's a stretch.

You were questioning her being trans at all and we provided pretty good proof and context that she is. Just because that particular line is new doesn't change that fact and it feels like you're just moving the goal posts. Hell we have Birdo all the way back in 1988, I don't see why this is so hard to believe.

There's a homebrew patch for the Wii U version.

Maybe if you have access to the patch that fixes the controls. Otherwise definitely not.

You can still redownload stuff you've purchased before, yes, I did it with Mario Maker not too long ago. Hell, even the Wii still allows this.

That is the case, but the creator spent 3 months trying to get some third party controller with macros to beat it or something.

I was rooting for LilKirbs but guess he got beaten to it. He had 85+ hours in the level last I saw.

Thabeast says he saw a video of the TAS working. So for the purposes of Team 0% the level doesn't count anymore, not sure if anyone is still going to try beating it legit.

Yeah LilKirbs just showed us on stream, it's some level called Bombs5 that's way longer.

I mean we still have End of Z either way. You just kinda have to assume that Freeza has been dealt with at some point.

I don't know what it means for the levels that are already there but I think Pretendo is making fan servers or something. Hell, people play Mario Kart Wii online in 2024, there's usually around 100 people online at any given time and can exceed 200 during certain times like the weekends. These games have a long life ahead of them still lol.

There's only one level left uncleared, it's very likely someone will beat it before the servers shut down. Pretty sure way harder levels have been beaten, this level just hasn't gotten that much attention until now.

They only disabled the ability to upload levels. You can still play the levels, but the servers are shutting down entirely April 8th.

An arc focused entirely on Black Freeza would be lame after we already had RoF. He kinda feels more like a character that's just around to troll these days anyway and the writers clearly want to keep him around as long as possible (I doubt it was just Toriyama's idea, anyway). If an arc gives him major focus again maybe it could be one where Cooler is made canon or some kind of final boss of Super where he kills Beerus and becomes GoD.

Not sure what you're talking about. They took him out of hell to fight in the tournament and he got revived afterwards so he never went back there.

LilKirbs will probably beat Trimming the Herbs before long. Don't know who else is grinding it.

Charlie was part of that one stream AoC did on Twitch about getting out the vote or whatever. He also put a video shitting on Dr. Oz the year he was running for Senator. It wasn't about his politics but the timing seems suspicious the way he dragged out years old stuff out of nowhere. He tried to play it off like "oh yeah I heard he was running for senator that would be bad LOL". So yeah, I don't get the impression he's even remotely alt-right.

I don't really know if we can say Xenoblade isn't connected to the other games anymore after Future Redeemed, there's some pretty blatant details/references at the end there including straight up namedropping a Xenosaga character. Namco is also in the credits. I guess we'll have to see what the next game does.

None of which matters because you can trade easily and get access to tera battles from either version if you go online.

Yeah, so if go online your choice of version should really just be which uniform and box art legendary (which will serve as your mount the whole game) you like more.
