Gotta say, I enjoy the combat here much more than the spamfest that was the old God of War games. They were enjoyable as stress relievers, but I'd rather play DW games for that.

I'm not that far in(I'm in the other plane), but this is the most fun I had with a game in a long time. Only thing I'd change is to have a way for Atreus to shoot by himself. I'll completely forget that he even exists when the action gets super hectic.

So does it get even better or what? Also, no spoilers pls.

Tell him the last worthwhile Bioware game was Mass Effect 2, and since then the studio has been dead in the eyes of gamers.

They're turn based RPGs. The combat is the same no matter what the angle.
