It's a tough system. It's supposed to be beneficial, but obviously people waste it.
There should be limits, but people should also be decent and less selfish.

Yeah, these are all insulting to actual Mexican food. Then again, we don't all have access to good Mexican food.
Living in the southwest is pretty great. It is so hard to beat a tortilla that is freshly made with just lard, flour and salt. The meat is always so full of flavor and juicy....

What is a little? When it's compared to no thought or attraction by most people, it can be a lot.
Accepting fetishes is great and is a way to explore them further. It took me a while to accept my mouth fetish cause i figured everyone liked kissing since everyone does it. Turns out i like it more than most people.

Whenever i do the basic math, categories rarely gives me a bigger benefit than 1.5% back on everything.
Now if there's a card that's 2%+ on everything, i want it. I think paypal or venmo had one for a brief period.
I spend mainly on food, but i also put big expenses on my card like insurance and stuff for the rewards, so whenever a card offers 1% on everything else, the bonus category doesn't benefit me enough.
My visa card gives bonus points like every other month for spending so much or using the card for a specific purpose. I got almost $60 last month due to Christmas and bills.

Very rarely, I am not the type of person who watches movies very often (and pretty much never anymore). Only one I actually watched in 2022 was Doctor Strangelove on a whim, and yea that is a 60 year old movie.

We discuss pinching each other. It's not about what the punisher likes or doesn't like, it's about the action that needs correcting.
No punishment holds much weight if the punisher is just going after things they don't like.

Some kids need to be spanked. To do it right, it's gotta be quick though. It's like learning to not touch the stove by touching a hot burner. That's how it gets ingrained to not do something.
Once spanking is just a punishment, the point can be lost. As others have said, it should be a last resort thing. Again, like a hot stove top, you can educate them to not touch it, and hopefully most won't, but some will only learn by touching it and having a negative sensation associated with it.

I'd love a look into the gender of the voters. Randomly asking people who voted, i found more females voting than male. It's a very, very small sample though.

There's a watchdog group that says as soon as Trump announces they're filing a lawsuit to disqualify him as he was involved in voter fraud schemes and the Jan 6 insurrection. Idk what will happen with that but at least someone is trying to do something since the DOJ apparently needs a million pieces of evidence before they indict him.

It's crazy how much crazy stuff happens, that we kinda forget or have to pick which stuff to focus on these days.

I haven't given out candy for years.

Even when kids did come to my house, I'd only ever get like 2-3 people anyway. And over the last 15 years or so trick or treating as a thing has kind of been dying off entirely (parents take their little kids to "trunk or treat" at school, and nobody else really seems to bother). So it's not worth buying candy.

So I just leave my house lights off so people assume no one's home and don't bother coming up. Especially since I don't decorate.

I'm starting to wonder if parents are just becoming worse.
I hear it's crazy out there or they take their kids to something easy.
The spirit shouldn't be purely put on the kids. The parents should do more.

I think maybe during better and happier times, maybe Halloween will be viewed better. It's a purely fun holiday for me with like little stress involved, except trying to stay on top of candy sales or something.

I hope someone wants candy. We live in a complex and had one kid last year.
I feel like i see more kids, so maybe 4 this year. I have plenty of candy and will share.
